Battle? How 'bout no.

[Sandleaf]

Sandleaf knew that Sunblaze and Snakefang were busy, and she had done her best to be last to get treatment, but she wouldn't stop bleeding. As she staggered uneasily into the medicine cats den, she rememberd watching Darkstar destroy most of the supplies, not being able to do anything but watch.

Wincing, the queen fell onto the ground, shreiking in pain. "Someone!" she yowled, her ears flattened in pain. Her ear had a nice, small cut that wasnt that bad, a small fine cut on her nose, and a deep, still bleading heavily gash in her belly. Painting, she looked around the den, looking for the medicine cat.

She was crying still from having Darkstar take Hazelkit. Mabye I should get some poppy seed, too. Oh, oh Hazelkit. I'm so sorry! I promise I'll get you back!

[Snakefang]

I padded out, my heart stopping at the sight of Sandleaf. "Wait here!" I yowled, going back and grabbing some burdock root, daisy leaves, some cobwebs, and a couple of poppy seeds. I rubbed the burdock root on her wounds, then chewed the daisy leaves into a pulp and began rubbing them on her wound to. I wrapped all of the wounds with the rest of the cobwebs that we had, sighing, then gave her two poppy seeds. "Rest for a bit," I growled, stalking around the den. For now, other wounds their bleeding would have to cease on their own.

[Oddpaw]

Oddpaw was sniffing along the medicine den, she liked it in here.All the smells and sounds, and both of the medicine cats were kind, and smart. There she scented Snakefang and Sandleaf, a small smile appered on her face, as she carefully made her way over. "Hello, Snakefang..Do you need any help with anything, I really don't have anything to do." The Blind apprentince asked, her voice filled with curosity, and wonder, then turned her head over to Sandleaf, she had heard her despare, and decided to pad over. "S-Sandleaf..It was my fault Darkstar took Hazelkit..I was the only one capiable at that time to take her down..And I failed."

[Snakefang]

"Nonsense!" I snapped, turning to Oddpaw. "Darkstar is a menace to the clans, and no matter how hard you try, it doesn't matter. She is strong, I admit that, but she is a menace, so never blame yourself for that. Darkstar is a menace. That is that."

[Sandleaf]

Sandleaf stayed still as Snakefang healed her wound, wincing painfully at the one on her belly. It soon felt better, but it still stung painfully. Hearing Oddpaw come in, the queen looked up at her, instantly growling at her words.

"Quiet, Oddpaw!" she growled, still flat on the ground. "I should have pushed her back in the nursery! It was my fault she's gone! Im a queen, it was my responsibility!" she yowled, tears streaming down her face. "She was my kit... I was especially supposed to watch her..."

Digging her claws into the ground, the queen felt herself overflowing with sadness and anger, her eyes narrowed into slits. "Do not say it was your fault again, Oddpaw. It was my fault." I have to get her back... Oh, please CloudClan, let her be okay!

[Snakefang]

I felt angry, very angry. Thats it. Today, I was going to get Hazelkit back, or at least try. Darkstar might hate my guts, but today, I was going to try and get that poor kit back.

[Sandleaf]

Sandleaf knew that look. She had it on that instant, too. "Snakefang, no." she growled, struggling onto her paws, throwing her head foward in pain, panting.

"I already have an idea of how to get her back. But I need you to stay here. Me and Coldstep are going to get her back. Mabye Dawnmist, too. Hawkstar may not do anything, but I am." Padding over to him, the queen rested her tail on his shoulder, her eyes determined, a slight smile on her back.

"Please, Snakefang. Too many of us are still hurt. They need to be taken care of. And I don't want our medicine cat hurt if we get hurt getting her back." C'mon Snakefang. Listen to me. "If you want to know more, you can ask, if you want." she offered.

[Oddpaw]

"Still..I watched her walk away with Hazelkit..I could of atleast knocked Hazelkit out of her jaws..But.." Oddpaw cringed, and hung her head low. "I was too afraid.." That little peep came out of her mouth, then she looked back up at the two cats. "But..I feel as if..Hazelkit is..Somehow safe..I-I can't put my paw on it..It just seems nothing bad is gonna happen to her." The Blind apprentince sighed, and flashed a small smile. "Now I sound completely crazy..Don't I..?"

I stared into Sandleaf's eyes, then grunted. "Alright." Then I turned to Oddpaw, a curiosity on my mind, spinning like crazy. "What do you mean you know she's alright? You feel it?" I asked, my heart pumping. I had to admit, with all these wounded cats-and even though I had tried to conect with CloudClan-I had been having nightmares about a claw an inch away from my face, and then it was black. "What do you feel? How do you know?" I had to admit, I blasted her with questions, but I had to ask this...

[Oddpaw]

Oddpaw just shrugged, then replied. "You know that feeling when you get hurt, but you know you're fine, but it's like.." The Blind apprentince was on her haunches and just stared at her paws. "I-I just feel.." She looked at Snakefang and shrugged again. "I'm Sorry, I can't explain it in depth." An akward smile appered on her muzzle, as she even shrugged a third time. "I'm Truly Sorry."[/color][/size]

[Bluepaw]

Bluekit perked her ears listening to them talking she heard the queen talk about how darkstar toke hazelkit she feft sorry for the queen i wish i could help maybe i could she thought maybe i could save hazelkit from darkstar she heard that hawkstar won't do anything if i was clan leader i would do something she looked at sandleaf ''want me to save her?'' she asked

"No, Bluekit," I leaned down and lapped at the little kit's head. "Darkstar would snatch you up before you could react. You'd be stuck with Hazelkit in FireClan. I don't want you to go there and get hurt by her. She has a mind of her own, so its best to leave her alone."
