Battle Wound.

(Silentkit was shaken by her neck and thrown against a wall in the Medicine Cat den by Darkstar.)

Silentkit's body was entirely in pain. Her head felt like it was about to explode and her fur was caked in dry blood.
"H--ell-p. . ." she tried to call. Her throat felt like she had been gargling glass and eating poison for every meal.

The kit was, unbeknownst to her, lying in a nest in the Medicine Cats' Den after the raid by FireClan.

I padded out from the shadows, my own pelt bloody. I had smacked into a rock when Darkstar charged into camp, scaring me. I grabbed some herbs, marigold, poppy seed, oak leaves, and some cobwebs. I rubbed the marigold onto the kits wound, gave her two poppy seeds so she could fall asleep, rubbed on some oakleaves, then pressed some cobwebs to the wound. "Stay in here for a couple of days," I meowed.

Silentkit nodded and dozed off, feeling the effects of the poppy seeds.
