When? [open]

[Adderstrike]

Adderpaw padded into the apprentice den. He had just been out in the territory. By now, he knew just about every nook and cranny that there was. His mentor had never taken him out to train. As a matter of fact, Adderpaw couldn't even remember who his mentor was. Did he even get one? Either way, he looked like a warrior, and was never trained once. Most of his friends where already warriors. Like Stonepit, Talonfang, and his sister Cloudbreeze. But there was still Poppypaw who was an apprentice and Lilypaw who Adderpaw never even saw. But hopefully he would be given a mentor soon, one that actually trained him.

[Silverstripe]

Silverpaw saw a apprentice she remembered his name Adderpaw. She went over to him they had been apprenticed about the same time she guessed his mentor never trained him either. "Hey Adderpaw what are you up too?" i asked i hadn't talked to anyone really since Stormpaw and she thought she would get out and talk with others more. She padded up to him a smile on her face, "I'v been so bored lately have you?" she asked him, she had never talked to Adderpaw but yet she acted like she had knew him her whole life. "I'v been bored with no one to talk to its like the whole of Rockclan all got up a left" i joked.

Adderpaw was slightly surprised to hear the voice of another cat. He couldn't really say who the cat was just by her voice. But he could tell that it was an she-cat. Turning to gaze at a silver pelted apprentice, Adderpaw nodded his head trying to remember her name. If, he had even gotten her name before. He thought it had something to do with her pelt. Stripe? Grey? Silver? Yes, it was silver. "Um... Hi Silverpaw," Adderpaw mewed sure that he had her name correct. "I'm not doing anything really, and ya, I am kinda bored," he mewed sitting down in front of the she-cat.

[Frailpaw]

Frailpaw watched as the two cats conversed. She was shy and usually didn't talk to people she didn't know. She just sat on the sidelines and watched. She had seen Silverpaw around even though she really had never talked to her much. She had never even seen Adderpaw before. Obviously, he had been there a while and should be a warrior. Why wasn't he? She kept watching hoping to hear more and hoping that nobody would notice her.

[Adderstrike]

For some reason, Adderpaw looked to his right side. He wasn't really sure why, but he had glanced over. Sitting a little ways away, about two fox-lengths away, was another apprentice. She didn't seem to be very old. Made one not to long ago Addedpaw would guess. She seemed not to be the most friendly. Shy he would say. Giving a quick, 'I'll be right back' look, to Silverpaw. Adderpaw lifted himself to his cream colored paws, he padded over to her a little slowly. "Hello," he mewed with a small smile. His amber eyes warm as he looked over her.

Even though Adderpaw said he would be back i followed "Hi Your Frailpaw right?" i said remembering her ceremony i wish i was having my warrior ceremony its about time me and Adderpaw both. 'she could tell the other apprentice was shy not like Silverpaw who was happy and jumpy but she seemed nice.

[Frailpaw]

She saw that Adderpaw saw her. "Dang," She muttered so quietly only she could hear it. She put on a hesitant smile. "Hey." She said quietly. She hated that she was shy. Sometimes she could build up the courage to talk to other cats, but sometimes, she just wanted to disappear. She wished she were braver. She nodded at Silverpaw, "Yeah, I'm Frailpaw. And you're Silverpaw." She tilted her head and spoke a little louder, trying to act a little more confident, "What are you two doing?"

I smile and nod than answered "Nothing we where just talking" I hoped Frailpaw would talk to us "And don't worry we don't bite, at least not out clanmates" i joke trying to be as friendly as i can. "How long have yo been a apprentice"? I asked her sitting down.

[Frailpaw]

Frailpaw smiled seeing that these cats were nice. "I haven't been an apprentice very long." She said sitting down, "What about you guys. How long have you two been apprentices?" She tilted her head a little.

[Silverstripe]

"Waaaay too long! I remember Adderpaws ceremony! And he's as old as a warrior" I tell her my eyes wide. I looked at Adderpaw remembering back to his ceremony, everybody has passed me I thought.

[Frailpaw]

"I'm sorry," Frailpaw said getting comfortable with talking to these cats, "Is ir because your mentor doesn't train you or something else?" Frailpaw asked wanting to know the whole prblem so maybe she could help them.

[Silverstripe]

"My mentor won't train i'm asking for a new one but haven't gotten one yet" I tell her smiling, noticing that she was getting more relaxed around us.

[Frailpaw]

Frailpaw nodded understanding. She noticed that Adderpaw had become quiet. She turned to him. What about you?" She asked. "How long have you been an apprentice?" Frailpaw guessed a long time since Silverpaw said he was warrior aged. She shrugged and turned back to Silverpaw. "I can't wait to find out who your new mentor will be when and if you get one. Anyone in particular you want?"

"No just someone who trains me" I purr glad she was talking more and less shy around them. "Its sad though when your older than someone who is old enough to be a warrior and your both still a apprentice" I tell her smiling. I think back to Adderpaws ceremony, she let out a sigh everyone was passing her i hope Dustpaw doesn't I thought.

[Frailpaw]

Frailpaw nodded. "I'm sorry you have to go through this." She said sincerely, "It's not fair that you don't have a mentor that trains you. You should be a warrior like everyone else!" She smiled hoping to make Silverpaw feel better.
