Flyingleaf dropped a pile of moss infront of the den and watched the med. cat's den for her apprentice. Meanwhile, she could search the den for needy elder's with old bedding and a pelt full of ticks. She poked her head inside, looking for an old cat.
(okay people, I'm aware that none of u's has posted in a while, and more than one apprentice is in need of an elder, so you should really reply to the threads. Because obviously this clan has a million active elders to reply to threads, not just one who only comes on every so often. Dur)

Spottedpaw hopped out with Mousebile on her paw. She had her claws in where it won't get out. Her face looked funny because of the smell. She kept hopping on three legs. Spottedpaw finally arived to her mentor. "I don't like Mousebile. It stinks." she said looking at her.

Flyingleaf smiled when Spottedpaw came hopping in with a strange expression. "I'm going to teach you how to search the elders for ticks and clean their bedding." she said. "To clean the ticks, rub the mouse bile on them and crunch them between your teeth so they let go. If you don't put the mouse bile on first, the tick's mouth will remain in the skin after you pull the body off."
(None of the elders seem to be posting, so I guess we'll....... pretend one's here.)

Spottedpaw lessoned to her mentor then walked up to an elder. The elder nodded to her. She nodded back. And begun to look around and soon found one on his shoulder. The calico rubbed the Mousebile on it then pulled it out with her teeth like the way that Flyingleaf told her.

"Okay, now crunch it between your teeth." she said, and watched while Spottedpaw groomed the old cat's fur. "After this, we'll do the bedding" she said.
(mangetsu and hiroshi need you! X) )

Spottedpaw crunched the tick with her teeth. And went on. She soon finessed after finding two more. The calico turned to her mentor. "Time for bedding." she said with a smile looking at her.
I know the reason is on it already.

"Okay. Get rid of the dirty moss and put the clean moss in its place." Flyingleaf instructed. "Make sure the moss is dry, shake the moisture out if its not, so the elders don't get stiff joints." She looked towards the sun. It was past sun high and inching towards the horizon. "After this, you can go back to the apprentice's den."
(after your next reply, I can close the thread.)

"Ok." Spottedpaw said. She picked up the old bedding and tossed it towards the entrence. Then grabbed a dry piece of moss and put it where the old moss was. The next piece of moss was a little moist so she shaked it untill it was dry then but it in the next place. Spottedpaw did this a few more times then was finish. "Am I done yet." she asked Flyingleaf.

Flyingleaf nodded. "Yes, you can leave now, but take the dirty moss outside the camp on your way." she left the elder's den and headed toward the camp entrance. She decided she would do some hunting before the sun set. Then she would get a good sleep. She had a another day of training tomorrow.
(okay, I'll make a battle training thread in the territory.)
