Ok so I have been unistalling, deleting and annilating a virus called Personal Antivirus. It tricks you into thinking your Computor is infected by Trojans but really it IS a trojan. I learned it was a hoax when it said VWW was infected by 20 deadly Viruses. A program called Malwarebytes is the solution. It deletes the personal antivirus and while it is deleteing it, the virus is disabled and in the Malware destroyer's Quarintine Folder. So summary: Never download anything named Personal Antivirus Link to Malwarebytes: www.malwarebytes.org/

Thanks for the warning. You know, people who make viruses are pretty smart. They put viruses on your computer, and then they make you pay for the virus removal system to remove the viruses. My dad said that's what "Computer Doctor" is.

The Virus learns how to avoid your anti virus software so get Malwarebytes AS SOON AS YOU FIND PERSONAL ANTIVIRUS

Before my computer got infected by a virus that would come up EVERY FEW MINUTES. Luckily, after the first time it came up I knew it was a fake, but I fell for it the first time, and the trojan hacked my computer over time, my anti-virus couldn't stop it no matter how many times I got rid of it and eventually when I turned on my PC it wouldn't go past the part where it asks you to "select a server"....
