Okay Poisonpaw I want you to knock me to the ground by using one paw and remember claws sheathed.I got in big trouble when I was an apprentice because I mistakenly attacked my mentor with my claws unsheathed.

Do not worry you will not hurt me you need to attack with all your strength not just bat me put force into it and besides I can turn to steel as my power.if you want a power you can get one when we are done training.

You know a good power for you would be to have your claws ooze poison when you want them to so then you could poison people when you attack.tell me if you like it.
