How many times have Squirrelpelt and I ranted about this? Well, gee, I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FINGERS TO COUNT, SO I DON'T KNOW! It's not that hard to read our rants/requests about things, and names should be of the easiest things to fix! Virtual Warrior World is getting better and growing closer to how it used to be, but we would be so much closer if you guys would fix your names! Back when VWW was small, I would regulate everyone's profile; I would change their name if it was needed, write their clan somewhere if they failed to, add a sig pic if they didn't have one (or change it if it was anything other than a cat), and even give them the default icon if they didn't have one at all. Well now VWW has over 800 members, and I have better things to do than sit here and make sure everyone's account is looking good. Not to mention that I wouldn't want to waste my time on inactive members!
So during part one of the Soaring Eagle, I changed everyone's names to a warrior name if they failed to heed my warning. Some people actually had the nerve to yell at me even after I posted an announcement telling them that if they didn't fit the listed requirements, they could expect a change on their account. Well all of the names are still pretty bad, so you had better listen this time, because this will be going on the RULES board if people fail to change their names if needed, and we WILL moderate-you know, delete your account, and maybe even BAN you.
So, since you all decided to skip over my shorter posts about your names, now you got to read the long one.
Change your name if it doesn't meet the requirements.
•Capitalize the first letter ONLY, but be sure to do so.
•No spaces allowed in your name.
•No slashes-you pick ONE name.
•No unrealistic parts of your name-here are SOME examples of unrealistic (meaning if you have an unrealistic name part and it's not on here, you still need to change it): 'Hate', 'Demon', 'Angel', 'Wish', 'Dragon', 'Fluffy'...The only exception(s) to that is if you are not a warrior.
•Be original; avoid parts of your name that include: 'Dark', 'Dead/Death', 'Heart', and any other name parts that are way too over used. Plus, why would you want such an ununique name? Don't you like to be original? I guess you love conforming.
•No book names! This is the easiest one to avoid, and yet everyone still uses names from the books. Have you ever noticed that even the CLANS here are different from the books? That is because we like originality; tell your own story, not Firepaw's.
•With the exception of fixing your name because of this thread, do not change your name without consent from your leader and a ceremony.
•If you're a loner, rogue, or kittypet, do not use a clan name unless you originally quit or got kicked out of your clan and resorted to that.

From now on, the leaders will stop taking requests for warrior names for your ceremony if names that break the rules do not change.
Modify your profile if needed according to this.
•Use a SMALL signature. You don't need to be so inconsiderate; either find a small sig pic, use the thumbnail, or ask someone how to downsize it. You all get mad when we yell at you for this and say things like "Why should I have to change my sig just because it stretches out one person's screen!?", but it could stretch out more than one person's screen, and even if it doesn't large sigs are annoying and they slow down EVERYONE'S computer because of the time it takes to load. What's too big? We haven't set a pixel limit yet, but for your current rule of thumb, no longer than my "llama" sig and some SMALL text, and not wide enough to side-strech a screen.
•If you're in a clan, show it somewhere in your mini-profile or sig. If you don't, others who don't know you don't know if you're a rogue, a trespasser, or if you're actually in the same clan! You can put it in your personal text, location, sig, and now you can even use a pre-made icon to show it!
