Thornfrost swept into the medicine cat den, a vole captive in his powerful jaws. He had decided to be thoughtful, as he was completely bored. Sure, apprentices took food to the elders all the time, but he never saw any taking food to the medicine cats. So now Thornfrost was doing that, in the hopes that some of the tom's great wisdom would rub off on him while he was here. He knew that his friend Falconwing and Brightflame were close, he was also curious to find out more about this.
"Brightflame? I brought you some lunch!"

(I'M NOT THAT OLD!!!!) I pop my head out from the herb store, a bundle of herbs in my jaws, "Thrnfrrm! Grrm rrhrrdh rrndh prrt urrt urrvrrh thrrm!" I mumble around the herbs. I blink and spit them out, slightly embarrassed, "Thanks! Nobody ever brings me anything! Except Falconwing...but he hasn't been around lately." I sigh, "Go ahead and set it over there. I just finished making these things I call honey drops. I take honey and mix in feverfew and catmint, then I harden drops of it to save for leaf-bare. Well...not exactly drops. Well...more like pools. Actually...they don't really have a shape." I mutter thoughtfully

[Bwehehe, ancient wittle Brightflame]
Thornfrost nodded and gently placed the vole where the seasoned cat had indicated. He twitched an ear in contained humour as Brightflame babbled on about his supposed 'drops' He'd never tasted one, but then he'd never really been sick before; not seriously anyhow. Sitting down, he wrapped his tail gently over large paws and tilted a striped head to watch the medicine cat. "They sounds pretty messy. Are they hard to make?"

(I DON'T WANNA BE OLD!!!! DX) I shrug, "They're not that hard. Well, maybe a little. Well, maybe kinda difficult...I don't make them very often, they're a bit hard to make..." I finally admit. "Falconwing took half my honey supply though, so these are gonna be pretty strong. He didn't even save me any! He made a huge mess, too, I had to lick it off of his muzz-" I blink and cough embarrassedly, "A-anyways! How is being a warrior? Any interesting developments that I don't know about?" I ask you mischievously.

[Suffer grandpa!]
Thornfrost blinked for a few minutes, slight stunned. Was this tom always this excentric, or in the very least, scatterbrained? If that was the case, then he definitely needed to visit more often! Hiding a small smile at Brightflame's words, Thornfrost chuckled. "If you have any spare, could I have some honey? It does taste very nice." Sighing, he scuffed a paw on the ground and looked up at Brightflame with a ruefull smile. "I wouldn't call them interesting, but they've been definite developments. In my life at least."

I think for a moment, "Honey...honey...! Honay, honay, hun-hun-hun hun-hunnay!" I sing, disappearing for a moment and returning with a few drops of the sweet golden liquid. "I became a triangle. A moving triangle? A mobile fountain triangle!?" I gasp seriously before sitting back down. "Developments, huh? Sounds interesting, what many miraculous developments have occurred in your short life span among these mundane, dull cats?" I ask with fake wise-ness. (He's a little high off of lack of sleep. He's worried about his Falconwing. He's not normally like this.)

[Really? Shame.]
Thornfrost smiled gratefully and decided to just ignore the strange blabber that came along with the gift. Licking up the golden liquid, he smiled as the sweet nectar rolled down his throat. Sighing, Thornfrost crouched himself on the ground, tucking in his paws into a more comfortable position. "It's nothing important, just the constant obsession over love that everyone seems to have. I think I've had enough of that, it just brings trouble."

I grin, "Become a med cat. Then the females HAVE to stop hitting on you! It worked for me! I dunno about Waterheart, though, he's been gone for ages. Ooooor you could become an elder! Redstorm is an elder and nobody goes after him anymore. Mind you, my son IS a bit of a grouch. I think he gets it from his mother, she was a wolfie! You didn't want to cross her, she would practically bite your head off." I chuckle.
