Forestbreak padded into the clearing, her paws freezing from the snow and her ears stinging. "This'd better be a good meeting," she muttered angrily, settling down next to a rock. She had only become a medicine cat recently, and therefore hadn't attended many meetings, but she sort of knew the drill by now.
Still, the snow wasn't helping anything.
She hoped dearly that all the other medicine cats were following- if they weren't they'd have a problem on their hands. The young tabby hadn't come out here for nothing.

Waspwing hobbled up the path to the Shimmering Rocks, muttering swears under his breath. He absolutely despised the snow, as it caused his bad leg to ache. Hopefully New-Leaf would arrive soon enough to melt the stupid stuff.
Usually he came to these meetings, only to find nobody else attends. He still came simply to keep Cloudclan happy, plus it was nice to get away from the Clan every half moon. Gave him time to talk to some old 'friends' and just relax a little.
Ah, the scent of Fireclan. Even though he caught scent of it every time he went out looking for a few certain herbs, it always made him cringe a little. He recognized Forestbreak's lovely grey pelt as he scrambled up the last bit of the path.
"Good evening" He muttered, settling down not too far away. He was secretly trying to steal some of Forestbreak's body heat in attempt to not completely freeze.

(Lovely? :'D)
Forestbreak grinned as Waspwing settled down near her. "I'm glad to see that you appear to be just as cold as I am, Waspwing. Good evening." She dipped her head in respect to the more experienced medicine cat. "It appears that the others are a tad late." She rolled her eyes. "I can't say I blame them too much for postponing traveling in this dreadful weather." The tabby gestured to the snow vaguely.
"So, how have the herbs been, er, running?" Wincing at her choice of words, she flicked her tail and continued speaking. "This is my first leaf-bare as a medicine cat, and I've got to say, I'm a bit clueless. Well, I guess we all are to some extent." Her jaw twisted into a smile.

Waspwing grunted at her little comment about being cold. He was far too annoyed by the pain in his leg to feel humorous. He let the grey Fireclanner go on for a moment, paying more attention when she asked about herbs.
"The herbs are..Less plentiful than I'd prefer, but I should last through Leaf-Bare. You?" He was shivering now, the cold getting past his winter coat. This was a complete disaster, and he wanted nothing more than his nice warm nest.

(Yay, I'm finally attending one of these. xD)
"Greencough," Clovepetal interjected, joining her apprentice and the TreeClanner. She settled herself on top of one of the higher rocks, which felt more like ice at the moment. "We're trying to keep it from becoming a phenomena of sickness in our camp." A thought passed through her head about revealing too much to a cat whose clan wasn't necessarily on best terms with her own, but she quickly tossed the idea away. She turned her attention to Forestbreak. "So, what is it that you wanted to talk about? Or am I already supposed to know of this?" The red she-cat questioned.

Forestbreak nodded. "Clovepetal is correct," she meowed, nodding to the russet she-cat. "I've already treated one cat that may have greencough, but I don't think she's passed it on to any others, thank CloudClan." She rolled her eyes. "Still, we should be wary of sickness. Leaf-bare isn't over yet."
Listening to Waspwing, she mewed, "We're doing relatively well when it comes to herbs. A little low, of course, but not horribly so."
