Streamfall felt awful after hearing Dawnlily finished her apprentices training. Streamfall wasn't around that few days because she strangely disappeared into the medicine cats den. Even old warriors get sick, for her she was surprised. But now she was better.
Streamfall was sitting on the ground grooming her paw when she notice Shadefall come in. "Shadefall! What a delight to see you. Have you been well and your asssessment, did you enjoy it?" The warrior's eyes gleamed, hoping for forgiveness. Her voice was kind as always as she patted her tail beside her for her to sit.. if she was going to.

Shade looked up and purred. "Streamfall. I'm fine and my assessment was good and fun." She purred. "How are you? Whee did you go? I missed you." She said sittin next to her mentor but Shade thought of her more as a friend now

"Oh good, lovely to hear. I wish I was there to give you your assessment though, I'm sorry about that but I did train you two of hunting and boarders but fighting.. well you both never showed up that day, I was wondering what happened with you and Thunderpaw?" Streamfall purred gently,''Are you both okay?" She asked and conintued for Shadefall's question,"I know, I missed you both too. Well after that day, I was going to look for you but I caught a cold. It rained a bit that day and I had to go to see Brightflame, our medicine cat. So that's why I was gone. Sorry.." Streamfall licked her shoulder in apology.

"Don't be sorry and I found another Tom. Thunder never cared about me. He's not worth anyone's time." She said the last sentance with a growl "Thistleflame is better. He cares for me and Thunder just used me." She said leaning on her mentor

"Well as long as your a warrior than that's good. I take it Dawnlily treated you well?" Streamfall saw a look of sadness or disgrace as Shadefall told her about Thunderstrike,"Oh, really? That's not very nice to do. As apprentices you two were cute and caring, I thought you both would be mates. . But as time changes, the relationship changes. I'm happy now that you found someone who wants to be with you. Thistleflame, I hope he stays by you. Now that's a true warrior." Letting Shadefall lean on her, purring.

Shade looked around. "Yes she did. She is my best friend to." She purrd gettin up and lickin her on the shoulder

"That's what great friends do." Streamfall thought of Shadefall's name, how alike they sounded.
She wondered,"Do you have an apprentice now?"

"Yes she is a great friend." She said with a smile. It was almost sun high and getting hot. "Um no I don't have an apprentice." She said feeling a drop of sweat under her pelt
