[basically, if cinderstorm posts, then it's private. if not, then one person can take up the spot, and that's it.]
Lizardleap was a warrior now. Whoo. Let's all throw a party for him. He'd given up on waiting for his assessment from Nightbreeze, and had no desire for another mentor, so he'd simply taken on a warrior name and passed. Now he was sitting in the direct entrance of the den, staring inside, at the place where he had talked to Cinderstorm upon the day of his arrival. Back from wherever he had gone.

Cinderstorm started to pad into the warriors den. Her heart heavy. She saw Lizardpaw, she guess he must be a warrior by now. She was happy for him. She looked at hi with a smile. That soon vanished. "If you want me to leave I can..." She told him. Guessing he didn't want to see her. She didn't blame him. She had broken his heart.

Lizardleap stared at Cinderstorm, unsure of what to feel anymore. Love? Hardly. Hate? He'd mananged to direct most of it towards Oakfall, blaming it on him, even though he knew it was wrong. Some kind of friendly feeling? "No, it's fine ... Stay."

She smiled at him, and padded over to him. She sat down beside him. "Thanks" she told him. It was good that he wasn't yelling at her. Though she was still aware that he might still be mad. Though it wasn't even awkward silence between them. There was just silence. "How have you been?" She asked him.

Lizardleap shrugged, turning away. "I've been fine." He wasn't exactly willing to spill out his feelings to her. He'd done that once. Look at where it had gotten him. Here. Replaced by Oakfall. Attempting to pretend that she wasn't the one who deserved to be hated. That Oakfall was.

She just didn't feel the same way about him. And now she was about to get yelled at at Hawkfeather. Could life get worse. "So what's your warrior name?" She asked him. Getting her mind off of them two. She already felt bad enough. No one realized this.

Maybe nobody had noticed that she was feeling bad because she was the one who had broken it off. "Lizardleap." Nothing could get his mind off Cinderstorm. His Riverstorm ... the thought of it made him sick. And now he could do nothing but think about it.

She nodded, and gave a little smile "nice name" she told him staring at her paws. Just cause she had broke it off, doesn't mean it didn't hurt for her. No one understood that. No one. Even after she explained it, no one wanted to hear it. They all just thought she was a bad cat.

Well. That was just how life worked. You got judged by your actions. "Thanks." He replied briefly, mostly out of polite habits. He shifted his eyes slightly to glance once at Cinderstorm, then looked away. This felt seriously awkward for him.

Than why wasn't Hawkfeather judged? Or any of the other cats that broke her heart. No one was judged but herself. "Yep...." She said still looking at her feet. Why was life only hard for her?

Well, life was just harsher to others than some. Trying to clear out the silence building between the two, he spoke again. "Anything new lately? Apprentices?" Mates? With Oakfall? He shut his mouth in time to stop the words from actually coming out. It would've been disastrous if they had.

She shook her head, she hadn't seen Oakfall in awhile. Maybe it was for the best. Her and love never got along well. "No, nothing new. Just same old boring days" She said sighing.
