Lizardleap was feeling extremely bored, when a thought occurred. He hadn't seen Greenswallow in a long time, and he felt like talking to his old friend again. "Greenswallow? You there?" He called out into the seemingly empty den.

"I'm here." Greenswallow said getting up and walking over to her friend. She purred and sat down in front of the redish tabby

The sight of the pure black she-cat brought a smile to his face. "Hello, Greenswallow. How have you been?" He asked the question mainly out of typical manners, not much else. He was pretty darn sure that Greenswallow had been perfectly fine.

(PLOTTIN PLOTTIN... XD)
It was like Greenswallow had read his mind. "Everything's been perfectly fine." she said to the tabby. "Frostpaw became a warrior and I have a new apprentice- Russetpaw." She then said remembering the moments of training.

[poor Hawkfeather xD]
Lizardleap nodded. "Well, I guess you've realized tat I've become a warrior ..." He trailed off a bit, remembering hw his first moments in the den had been. Cinderstorm had been there, and the while thing had just been plain awkward. In a humorless smile, he wondered if Oakfall had asked her to be his mate yet.

[Agreed lol]
"Yup. Took a while didn't it?" she asked. Suddenly she felt a pang of emptiness overcome her. Nightbreeze had been his mentor and she hadn't seen her in moons. She shook her head. Maybe she could find her old friend after talking to that friend's apprentice.

He shrugged. "Never did get my final assessment." He hadn't. He'd just given up on waiting fr his mentor to appear, and had simply passed on. Lizardleap sat there, staring at Greenswallow. What ...

Hm... That means Nightbreeze hadn't been around.. She cleared her mind of the thought that was creeping at the back of her mind. Then she felt like someone was staring... Lizardleap? What... Why?

Realizing that he was doing so, he coughed awkwardly and turned away. "So ... wanna to something?" He asked, trying to get rid of the awkward atmosphere. Lizardleap stared at his paws, and wished that he wasn't there at that exact moment.

"Sure..." Greenswallow said. There wasn't much to do in the warrior's den though. "Do you want to go outside?"she asked the tom.

Lizardleap nodded. "Sure." Glad to be getting fresh air, he got up and started walking out of the den, glancing back to see if Greenswallow was following.

Greenswallow followed Lizardleap out into camp and sat down near the warrior den entrance. The snow felt cool and refreshing.

Lizardleap sank his paw into the snow, then lifted it again to inspect the deep print left behind. He'd actually reached the frozen dirt, and he could see the dusty brown color underneath the white snow. "So ..." He looked up from his print and instead at Greenswallow. "How are you and Hawkfeather?" He forced out the question, feeling awkward after he had.

"Yeah..." Greenswallow said awkwardly. "We're doing fine. We hung out in the snow the last time we saw each other which wasn't too long ago." she then said. What was she doing? Awkwardness. She was getting awkward that was what.

Lizardleap nodded. He hadn't seen Hawkfeather in a while now, not since he had wanted to leave with Cinderstorm for the new clan. But apparently that wasn't happening now. In his head, he let out a bitter laugh, thinking about how she would more likely run off with Oakfall now.
