The small brown kitten poked his nose in, after much contemplation and hesitation, he finally decided to come in. Brackenkit had no clue if what the elders were like and he figured he ought to know if he ever wished to do good for them. He only wished to befriend them and he to know the legends of his clan. He had seen warriors go in all the time so he figured they must have some good if even the warriors saw that they were a resourceful group.
He stood in the entrance of the den, his green-yellow eyes bright with curiosity and even a twinge of doubt. How was he to go about this? Introduce himself as who he was? Did the elders even care? Oh he so hoped they did. Company older than 6 moons was rare indeed and he still had yet to meet such a cat. Brackenkit wasn't so popular in the nursery either, already making an enemy even if he didn't mean to. Standing up for what he believed in? It was worth it.
In truth, Bracken had been wishing to go to the elders for days now and today was the first leap. He stepped inside, sidestepping over to the sidelines in order to avoid getting stepped on if some warrior was as blind enough to trample him. He wouldn't be surprised either.
"Hello? Firelight?" That was the name he heard the black warrior use, so he was assuming that she was one of them. That was all he managed to hear though, after that it was just a bunch of advice and old talk that he didn't understand.
"I didn't mean to intrude," he shuffled his paws, "but I just felt that some company would be nice." He called out with a small waver. Would they come?
