The Last Breath

So i don't like poetry very much. But thats what we are learning right now in school. So i made this little poem. What do you guys think?



The star’s shine
bright, in the sky.
It has taken all my might,
to keep going though the night.

I shiver, for its cold.
And that is what I was told.

I hold my grip strong,
As the rain drips.

I fight in till
There out of sight.

I take my last breath
Because my death is here.

That's really good! I normally don't do poetry, but that's we're doing in school right now too. Something about April. Stupid April. Should I post it on Monday?

Yes, yes you should I'll post one of mine, maybe.

It has a nice flow; however, I usually don't rhyme when writing poetry, so I don't know. If I can get ahold of a poem of mine, I'll post it. (Just letting you know it's three pages. x3)
