whhhhyyy is the warriors' den so inactive [open]

[I'm going to post verrry short. I mean, post a verry short post. Cuz I'm sleepy. It's late. I just wann say... LIL'S BACK!!!]

I peek my fluffy head into the warriors' den, not sure of my reception, and call out nervously, "Hey, guys. It's Lil. I'm back... er, I decided being a loner wasn't much fun. Neither was becoming an alien on Mars. So I came back. You didn't have to miss me. I don't care. I was stupid anyway. I hate myself for — " I stopped, shutting my mouth with a click of my ivory fangs. 'You're blabbering,' my annoying mind points out needlessly.

[Silverstripe]

Stuff like blabbering didn't bother Silverstripe. Though her and Lilyhaze didn't know each other very well. They had had some conversations, and she liked the warriors. Despite that her mate had liked her. But that was in the past right? "Lil! Your back! Its great to see again!" she purred to her.

(Lil!)

[Lilyhaze]

I let out a breath of relief, spewing my fears out into the brisk morning air. 'Thank CloudClan,' I think to myself. I hate to be repetitive, but relieved is the only word that describes my feelings. "Hi, Silverstripe," I murmur, straightening up a little. 'You don't hate me?' I add bitterly, silently. My whiskers quiver, and I glance over to my old nest. 'It's empty...' I think distractedly. 'Is RockClan really that lacking in cats?' I force out a smile and add, "Good to see you, too. How've you been?"

She shrugged "Oh fine i suppose, having to do a lot of hunting. Since there aren't many warriors to do.....And someones got to feed the kits" she said with a smile. "And what about you? How have you been?" she asked. it is truly great to see her again......Though i wonder if she has talked to Dustspirit yet. He would sure love to see her again" she didn't think anything of it. She remember that Lilyhaze was the one that broke his heart. So that meant nothing was there. But what about me and Nightfang?....."[/b] she wasn't cheating on Dustpspirit. No. There was nothing there.

[Lilyhaze]

I smile understandingly. "I totally understand. RockClan never has enough cats." My voice echoes off the hollow log that serves as the warriors' den, sounding much louder than I intended it to. With a twisted smirk, I meow, "I have been trying my hand — paw — at being a loner. It's not much fun if you ask my opinion, but it was good to get a break in life." I look down at my paws shamefacedly. "I feel really bad for leaving," I confess guiltily. "I mean, somehow I think the Clan can't get on without me or something. It's really stupid."

[Silverstripe]

She smiled, and shook her head. "No not stupid, if you look around most of the cats in Rockclan are gone. Some don't come back at all. But most, you bet that they come back sooner or later. I'v known many cats who have left, but most of them have come back. I guess its a good thing to clear your head, just to live alone for awhile. Though i can't even imagine leaving Rockclan. Its been my home since i was a little kit!" she purred.

She started to think about the memories she had here. With Flameheart, Dustspirit, Stormflash, Dappledcloud, and Nightfang. Everyone in her life. She had so many memories.

[Lilyhaze]

I nod, not one for speeches. "Yeah. Sunny. Cloudy. Me and Gin. I guess you're right." My nervousness begins to fade into excitement at returning as I realize leaving is the norm for RockClanners. "Maybe the Clan is cursed," I laugh, purring also. I flick an ear in amusement and think, 'RockClan HAS always been the outsiders. Well, except FireClan; no cat wants to be near those demons. I swear they came straight from Darkpool.'

[Lazy; I'm home sick.]

Silverstripe laughed with her, and nodded "Yea maybe, poor Rockclan, they never can keep cats. They all just leave, but maybe its not a curse at all maybe its a blessing. For most of them come back, how many clans do most of there cats keep coming back. I bet Rockclan holds the record!" she purred to, with a smile.

[Lilyhaze]

I laugh along with Silverstripe, then abruptly sober. "So who are you hanging out with now days?" I inquire curiously.

[Still sick and lazy.]

[Silverstripe]

"Hmm...Well Dustspirit a bit, Nightfang, and Flameheart" she told her. Though Dustpspirit seemed to spend all his time with Lilyhaze now.

[Lilyhaze]

I nod, sighing regretfully. "Me mostly Gingerstorm; Dustspirit sought me out, too, though. I'd thought he'd forgotten about me..." My words are accompanied by a twisted smile as I recall my old friends, saying goodbye to them one by one. Sunmist... Foxtwist... Cloudbreeze... Frailpaw... and even Mosspaw. Where was she? Adderpaw, or was he a warrior? In any case, my childhood crush no doubt had a mate. "Back to you. I know Flameheart, and Dustspirit, no duh, but who is this... Nightfang?" I smile hesitatingly, purposefully taking my mind off my troubles.

[Silverstripe]

Silverstripe smiled at the thought of Nightfang. "Oh, he's one of my best friends now. I meant him a little while back....What do you want to know? Silverstripe asked. With a tilt of the head. It was a little of a odd thing to bring up. Maybe she just wants to meet some new cats.... she thought.

Silverstripe had never met Gingerstorm. Which was odd, because she knew almost everyone in Rockclan. Least the cats still here. But nope, she had never met Gingerstorm.

[Lilyhaze]

I shrug, my misty orbs glancing aimlessly around the den. "Just nosing around," I say with a light laugh. 'Is this the cat Silverstripe likes?' I wonder.

[Super lazy.]

She smiled and flicked her tail. "Ok, well i guess i get to nose around too. Who's this Gingerstorm? I'v never met her before"

[Lilyhaze]

I tilt my head, wondering which words best describe my best friend. "Well, she's my sister, and has always been one of my besties," I start, laughing at myself. "She's crazy and fun; sometimes she has temper problems. I'm shocked you've never met her." My last statement is accompanied by a typical Lil-eyebrow-raise, and my long tail flicks the damp ground gently. 'Is it ever going to be dry in here?' I wonder, a hint of a smile pulling at the edges of my lips.
