Its not me this time! Its Ducky(Kimi, Ducky,Snake)

[Flameheart]

Flameheart limped into the medicine cat den in search of her friend Snakefang. Ducksong broke his leg and Swiftflight had helped her by bringing her in here. Snakefang, she called.

[Ducksong]

Ducksong groaned in pain. My leg hurts He complained.

[Swiftflight]

Swiftflight carried Ducksong into the medicine cat's den, her fur had a bit of blood on it from his cuts, bruises and leg that was highly injured. The scent made her shiver and think about when she had fallen down a steep cliff and cut herself pretty badly. She still had a few scars. She put Ducksong down carefully with a long sigh and stood there patiently, making sure they were both taken care of before leaving.

[Flameheart]

Flameheart turned to Swiftflight. Thank you so much, she meowed sweetly. She limped over to Ducksong's side. As she looked at his leg it brought back memories of her leg injury and the fox attack on her and Cavernfall that led to her crippled leg.

[Snakefang]

I looked up from lapping in my pool, licking the remains of water from my whiskers. I nearly gasped when I saw Ducksong's leg. It had to be broken! I ran over to them and started sniffing Ducksong's leg. "Yep, broken," I sighed outloud. "Here, this ought to do it." I walked over to my medicine supply and found marigold. I went back over to Ducksong and applied it to his leg wound. Then I found my cobwebs and wrapped it arond his leg. "That's all I can do. I can only stop it from being infected and from it bleeding again. It will have to heal. You have to stay in here with me for a couple of days."

[Ducksong]

Ducksong sighed. Can Flameheart stay too? I pleaded my Uncle. What about my other cuts though? I asked.

[Flameheart]

Flameheart sighed with relief when Snakefang came over. She closed her eyes when she heard what he said. She sighed softly again. She laid down next to Ducksong and licked his flank gently. Thank you Snakefang, she meowed with a smile. She licked Ducksong's cheek sweetly. You should sleep, she purred.

[Snakefang]

"Flameheart can stay only if she wants to," I said firmly. "Now, for your other cuts, I'll need more marigold. And Swiftflight? Can you build him a nest please? I don't think anyone should stay in the patient's nest. The last cat in there had a stomach ache. I still have to clean that up." I rolled my eyes as I applied more marigold to Ducksong's scars. "Any better?" I asked, nosing his shoulder.

[Ducksong]

A little. Flameheart? Will you stay? I asked.

[Flameheart]

Of course I'll stay, but I can't stay all day every day. I have an apprentice named Briarpaw, she meowed laying her head on her paws and blinked her eyes slowly.

[Snakefang]

I went to the other end of the den and lay down, sighing in relief as my sore muscles met the soft feathers of my nest. Trust me, collecting herbs isn't as easy as it sounds!

Ducksong smiled and wished she could stay forever.
