Ivypaw really didnt go into the apprentices den much. " Hello?" She called out, hoping to see someone new.

[Minnowfin]

Minnowpaw's cerulean-blue orbs opened with a hiss. 'Newbs,' she thought to herself, rolling her eyes. "It's before sunrise, for CloudClan's sake; I have to spend the day training! Why can't I sleep for more than three hours straight?" the cream femme muttered under her breath. Forcing a pained smile, she added, "Hi. I'm Minnowpaw. I haven't seen you around; are you new?" With a smirk, she sat down and started cleaning her paws.

Ivypaw heard that. "I am not a newb. I'm older than you!"

[Er — Min thought that. She didn't say that out loud. x3]

Minnowpaw smiled innocently at the little telepath. 'No fair!! I want powers, too!' she thought. With a slight cough, she retorted, "Er — I distinctly remember stalking hearing about your ceremony thread ceremony as an apprentice." Her blue eyes glinted icily as she rolled them. "And honestly, I am older than you. Being a social butterfly on soda doesn't guarantee moons now, does it?" Min's sneering tone shocked even herself, and she clamped her jaw shut with an iron grip. 'It's been watching all my friends become warriors,' she thought, pushing the idea away. The shadowy apprentices' den seemed heavy with sleeping fairy dust or something; the tiny she-cat's eyes started to droop. "Let's..." — yawn — "... go outside, 'kay? Imma wake the other apprentices up and they're going to be as angry as me." Without waiting for a response, the ghostly apprentice bounded, wraith-like, out of the den, heading for the light at the end of the tunnel.

[I was talking about age, not post count. You really can't compare with post count; I tend to write posts verrrry slowly. Min joined in March; Ivy in April. ;P]

Ivypaw licked her paw. "Meow," She meowed.

A raised eyebrow on the part of Minnowpaw expressed disbelief. "Wordless?" the white femme quipped from the other side of the den, her pale fur silhouetted black against the golden sunlight.

[Lazy too. x3]
