Fangpaw hadn't slept much and walked into the apprentices den with a glum look on his face. He didn't really know any apprentices. His best friend was still in the nursery and his other friend may not even talk to him. A she cat was always flirting with him so Fangpaw just walked on.
Looking for a nest, he noticed a familiar scent. His brothers', both of their nests. He just sighed, they both were warriors. Either way Fangpaw wasn't really wanting to sleep in there. He dug a burrow for himself outside the den by the bottom of the ledge. As he heard someone coming his fur spiked up and he unsheathed his claws with a low growl rising from his throat. Who's there? He grumbled.

Thunderpaw stood outside the den looking at the grey and white furred apprentice with puzzled green eyes. Her long brown bangs covering her left eye so only her right shown. Her cream and brown tabby tail gently slashed behind her showing she was calm. Thunderpaw had never seen this tom before, wait no she had. He was one of the many kits who stood alongside her and they had been given their new names and placed as the rank of apprentices. Searching her memory she found a name that she believed to be his, thought she was not sure. Looking at the ground she spoke to him with a very timid voice that showed she was shy, "What... are you doing?" Her gaze slowly turned from the ground to him, but quickly turned away.
Thunderpaw had been lonely lately. She only had one cat that she considered a friend, Pinepaw. He was the only one she felt she could talk to and hang around. She was open and didn't hesitate around him like she did others. Sitting in the clearing with a small mouse resting in between her paws she gazed down at it with blank green eyes. Letting out a sigh she took a bite and then another. She forced the food down since she didn't feel the need to eat, but it had been some time since she had. She would start training soon with her mentor Softcloud and wished for things to go well. Once the prey was eaten she looked around for Pinepaw, no surprised that he was no were to be seen. Thunderpaw let out a sigh of sadness and made her way to the apprentice den. Stopping in her tracks when she heard a voice coming from her side as she stood at the entrance.

Fangpaw looked up at the other apprentice and sheathed his claws and smoothed his fur back down. He shrugged gently and tiredly from the lack of sleep. Me? I'm just trying to get used to this whole, apprentice thing. My best friend Robinkit is still a kit. Also I don't really know any other apprentices except i've talked to Pine some and Sage, but Sage is another story. He said Sagepaw's name with a sharpness to it. She didn't treat his friend with respect.

Thunderpaw didn't raise her gaze from the ground were she had last placed it. She listened to his words, his reason for doing what he was, his friends and those he had left behind the nursery. Thunderpaw didn't leave anyone behind when she became an apprentice, no friends anyway. She would miss that spot in the nest curled up next to her mother's warm belly, but other that, nothing. Her only friend came with her, Pinepaw who Fangpaw seemed to know as well. Thought, Thunderpaw never got to spend anytime with his because he was so popular. He was sweet, kind, and ever so caring. Maybe that was why she felt she could open up to him like she couldn't with others. Robinkit, Thunderpaw knew her from the ceremony. She was one of the first kits to charge towards Pinepaw when he had finished speaking with his mentor and had been give his name. She was so outgoing and lovable, Thunderpaw was not surprised that she was known by many. Thunderpaw then lifted her gaze once she heard Sagepaw's name. She knew this she-cat a little, nothing big thought. The she-cat's personality scared Thunderpaw, just a little. Resting her green eyes upon Fangpaw she gave him a small warm smile, "Do you need any help?"

He tilted his head and sighed a huff of breath out. I'm not really sure what you could really help with. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but yeah. Anyway, have you started any training? Fangpaw asked trying to get onto a relevant apprentice topic.

Thunderpaw gave him a small smile to his response. She was half expecting an answer such as that. She was a skin weak looking thing, unlike most apprentices. Then her ears perked at the sound of his voice and the words entered her ear and she thought on them and words came to her lips, "No, not yet anyway. Softcloud said we would start training soon. Oh Softcloud is my mentor by the way." Looking at the gray and white apprentice with a soft green gaze she spoke with a voice that was little more strong and louder, but still soft, "How about you Fangpaw?"
(Sorry it's short, packing for camping.)

Fangpaw just simply shook his head. Nope, no training yet. Who knows what Bronzeclaw is planning to train me first. He is my mentor, and my brother's best friend apparently. He said giving a light smile in return.

Thunderpaw looked at him with interested green eyes, but yet puzzled. She had understood his words about his training and how it had not yet started, just like her own. That he had a mentor named Bronzeclaw and his future plans were unknown to Fangpaw. The part that she didn't know was about his brother. She was not very familiar with the blood connection of the Clan, but that would be a good things to look into. Turning to face Fangpaw she sat down, ready to have a conversation with him, "So who is your brother?"

He sat up next to her and began to speak. My brother is Shredthorn. He is a lot bigger than me, and many cats of this clan. He looks like me, but you know, bigger. Also, the other brother I have that is not much older than me is Galestorm. I don't really talk to him much more, neither of them for that matter. He said, and looked at her. Do you have any siblings?

Thunderpaw listened to him intensely. Fangpaw seemed to have an interesting family. Well, a family seemed nice. Looking at him with calm eye she shook her head. "No, well not by blood anyway. I'm adopted by Quickfox so her kits are my siblings but not really. Who is you mother and father?"
(On my phone.)

Thunderpaw lowered her head at the sound of the loud excited voice of the familiar Sagepaw. She was no mystery to many, she was loud and proud. Something about her made the cream tabby she-cat coward and fear. A shove ran up the she-cat spine and she gave him and worried green glance then lowered her head. She began to paw at her bangs to help ease her growing nervousness. Looking over her shoulder she spoke with a soft quite voice, "Um hello Sagepaw....".

"Hi thunder paw! I remember you! From the nursery!", she meowed excitedly. "Do you want to be friends?", she asked.
