Hi, Arrowstorm! Welcome to VWW.
First of all, please change your name to (prefix)kit and sign up at the threads in the nursery to join RockClan. It is required for your character to start as a kit if they are a Clan cat.
Second, only staffers may be deputies and leaders. Staffers are hired by Jaimie, the site's admin, and even then, new staffers are rare. You can be a warrior, however.
Third, please read the rules and FAQ to answer any questions you might have. If you have any other that aren't addressed there, just PM me on my Koisplash account. Thanks!
