You need fifty posts to be old enough to become an apprentice, 150 for a warrior, 1,000 for a senior warrior and 3,500 to be an elder. Just try not to spam your way to getting enough posts lol. Also if you're in FireClan, Darkstar gives out ceremonies monthly I believe.

Apprentice 50 posts
Warrior 150 posts
Senior warrior 1,000 posts
Elder 3,500 posts
But you also require a ceremony from your leader.

Hm.
Also, like Blue said, Dark does ceremonies when she wants to. I've seen plenty of people with 200 posts that are still kits. So really in your case it isn't so much a matter of posts, it's waiting for Darkstar to give out your ceremony.
