fawn kit rose from his nest really sick so without waking the others he ran to the medicine den."excuse me im fawn kit i think im sick. i awlmost puked in my nest and i was felling really warm normaly im cold hewlp me pwease?"he begged

"Oh, dear. It sounds like you're sick," Forestbreak mewed. The medicine cat smiled warmly and then rested her tail over the kit's forehead. "Yep. You've got a fever, all right. Don't worry, it's nothing some simple herbs won't fix."

She moved to the back of the den and grabbed a sprig of berries and a leaf from her herb storage. They were juniper berries to help with the kit's stomach, and feverfew to bring down fever. Plucking one of the berries from the sprig, she padded back to Fawnkit and placed the leaf and berry in front of him. "Eat this," she mewed.

fawnkit sat down and started to eat the herbs and berries"this tastes wierd"he said"but i loooove berries"he said swolloing

"That's good," Forestbreak mewed. She pushed some borage root towards him. "Eat this as well. It'll help your stomach feel better," the medicine cat told him.

"Meanwhile, try not to go near other kits until your fever has been gone for a day. Okay? That's so you won't get them sick as well. You don't want your friend sick, right?" Forestbreak purred.
