[/Weed]'s that grow in the garden.

[Talonfang]

Talonfang needed some cat friends that were either his age or older. Padding toward the Warriors' Den he stopped and swerved toward the Elder's Den, there had to be someone in her worth talking to. He stuck his head in and saw a few Elders' huddled together. "Hello?" He mewed stepping into the den and looking around for someone who was also willing to talk to him.

[Weedtail]

Weedtail was rolling herself around on the den floor very slowly. Her matted fur catching all the dirt and grass it could hold. She tilted her head back and squinted at the Warrior at the entrance. Slowly she rolled herself onto her stomache and sat up. Her calico pelt tinted slightly brown from dirt.

"What would you like?.... are you filling in for the apprentice? It dosent look like your here to do thier tasks."

Weedtail twiched her tail sending dirt flying in everywhich direction. She obviously didnt care who got offended by it. She was old, worn, and a complete grump

[Talonfang]

A calico kitty had now approached him, she looked old and grumpy. Swallowing hard and looked around the den, the moss appeared to not have been changed in moons. "No I am not here for that but I will send someone in. I am Talonfang." He mewed sitting down.

[Weedtail]

The elderly she-cat nodded her head as if it was something she had expected the warrior to say. She then let out an very unexpected sneeze . Her eyes looked at the tom as if she was evaluateing every move he made.

"Talonfang is your name? Mine is Weedtail, now sir, why have you come?"

[Talonfang]

"I have come here to find some company, and I have found you, it's nice to meet you Weedtail." Talonfang mewed shaking out his fur when some "drops" of her sneeze landed on his face. His could feel Weedtail's eyes burn into him the whole time. He sat down and shifted his paws feeling uncomfortable.

[Weedtail]

Weedtail saw the toms uncomfortable gestures and took her gaze to the plant life reaching its way into the elder den's walls. It was one of the things she actually enjoyed looking at in the den. The small vine like plants pushed their way into the rock and produced the tiniest little flowers which were quite beautiful in the barren rocky landscape. When a cat lived in this clan the one thing they come to appreciate was the beauty this world creates. her mind wandered to the times when she went to gatherings. One of her favorite things to watch on the journey was the expressions of the young warriors faces as they took in the sites of the Treeclan forest when they passed by its borders. The forest was quite a site to a cat born on rocks. She left her reminiscing and focused on the warrior in front of her, the cat seemed to have no one to talk to. Otherwise why would this tom come to the elders den of all places? She thought of Solarblaze who was a cat that quite often spent most of his young life in the elders den as well. Most of the reason for that was to see his mother Sparkflare, but other times he stayed when his mother was asleep and joined in conversation with the other elders of the clan. She looked at this tom and couldn't quite figure out his pelt color from the lighting in the den, but in the position he was at the shadows casting on him made his fur seem black like the young cat she used to know.

"You remind me of someone I used to know, although I'm not sure your appearance is what triggers my memory. I'm almost certain its because your seeking a way out of your loneliness here. Do you not get along with the other warriors? What makes you come to us for company?"
