Cardinalkit pounced into the Leaders den she ran into the dark corner and quickly jumped into the nest made there. The little kit snuggled down into the soft feathers of Hawkstar's nest and yawned. She wanted to leap out and scare Hawkstar so much he would go running to the dirt place. The was the tiny bundles plan anyway, but it would only work if the little fluff ball could stay awake. Hawkstar's feathery nest was just so warm and cozy it was hard to keep awake.
The kitten fell asleep besides her efforts and quickly fell into the position she normally slept in, on her back with her paws propped up and claws sliding in and out of her paws as she dreamed.
