"And let the games continue," cackled the white feline. "But we can wait for now." Moonfeather led the cats, beckoning them to follow without even a word. "Who will die and who will live? It's such a subjective question. Do you bets on yourself or another cat? Would you rather live or is your life so pathetic that you don't have any reason to live? Is that a phase that everyone grew out of yet? No matter." She kept asking questions, not bothering wait for any of the loyal followers to answer. "What do you expect to get out of winning? Valor? Respect? Notoriety? You will get none from winning. You would all be better off just dying." She let out a sigh. "But alas, one has to win. We would have mad mothers if we killed everyone." Her ears flicked when she heard voices close by. She didn't think of any of these cats as overly dumb, but hopefully her intriguing personality would be enough to the remaining cat's interest. Snap. Crackle. Crunch. The first noise was nothing more than her neck snapping when she tilted it slightly to one side. The second was the sound of the leaves shuffling underneath the feet behind her. The third was a branch breaking under the weight of someone's paws. The other voices stopped to listen. Someone ordered the hunter human being to take a gun and go investigate and to kill whatever animal was making noises because guns. "Oops." Moonfeather disappeared. Round 4

Ibiswing was hit by a familiar scent, one she had known for most of her life.
She had been a kittypet for thirty moons before her accidental move to RockClan, and so the smell of a Twoleg was something she could identify easily. But this was not the familiar, gentle kind of Twoleg she had lived with- this kind smelled like smoke and acrid bloodlust. She turned slowly, her fur on end, and met the small, squinted eyes of a male with a strange, wooden stick in his hands that smelled awful.
"What the-" muttered the man, who Ibiswing obviously couldn't understand. It sounded like a garble to her. "George! Bob! Hans! Those god-dang feral cats are at it again!" But she heard the anger in his voice, and judging by the way his body was tensed and his wooden stick was pointed towards her, he wanted to hurt her.
"Cloudbreeze! Run! Twolegs!" Panic rose to her throat quickly, and she turned tail and ran just as the stick made a loud bang right where she'd been a moment before. The she-cat sprinted, darting through trees and bushes, and she could hear the heavy footsteps of the Twolegs and the loud bangs of their sticks.

Cloudbreeze could only glare at the spirit standing before them, her tail lashing. When the cracks and snaps began to sound, she lifted her head, her blue eyes wide. The tabby and white cat lashed her tail once, hearing her name being called out by Ibiswing and a bang. She let out a terrified screech, tearing after the gray cat.
"What are those twolegs doing? What are those sticks?"
She heard a bang, feeling leaves fly up behind her. She yowled, running faster, though her tail still throbbed from the dog attack.

Willowbreeze heard the clumsy crunching of twoleg steps in the forest. Loud bangs that pierced her ears echoed through the trees and she sprinted away from the rustling undergrowth. Leaves exploded behind her as more bangs sounded and one of the twolegs seemed to be in pursuit of her. Did this twoleg think she was a rabbit or something? Her shoulder ached and her paw was sore, not to mention she was still coughing. All of this slowed down her running and back hind paw got snagged on a bramble vine. Tearing free the moment another bang went off, she ignored the stinging cuts on her leg.

Still distraught from seeing his clanmate murdered, Falconwing whimpered slightly as a group of twolegs came blundering out, yowling strange words. The tom hissed and spun around, his claws unsheathed as they sunk into the peaty ground. With a hiss, Falconwing felt something zoom by him, ruffling his fur. His brown hairs stuck up, bristling like crazy as he ran. And ran. It was never ending, the loud sounds, the yowling, the horror. He would have to just keep running and never stop.
The tom's muscles ached and burned from exhaustion, and finally a small bush came into Falconwing's line of sight. He swerved towards it and dived into the undergrowth, biting his lip until it bled. He tried to quiet his breathing, his ragged panting, so he wouldn't be heard by those...things. He had never seen a...Two-leg-as he heard Ibiswing and Cloudbreeze call them-because he lived in the mountains, secluded from any Two-legs.

Crystalclaw heard the lumbering footsteps and saw a large body come out of the trees. A two-leg! It carried some sort of stick that could most likely do harm. Then something clicked and dust sprang up.from where one of the tributes was. Almost immeadietly she jumped and ran full force.
There was another bang scaring her horribly. She knew that whatever bad move she made could be her last. She needed protection like in the dense cluster of trees where the two legs wluld clumsily dodge trees where she would run past them. The tree's could also be used as a barrier. She ran to them and hid wacthing the scene unfold.

Ibiswing knew that climbing a tree wouldn't save her now. The sticks could reach her. They could reach her anywhere. Her breathing quickened, and her body trembled as she ran, trying to stay near Cloudbreeze. "Where do we go?" she yelled frantically over the noise of the deafening sticks. She swallowed and tried to think.
"I don't think we have any option..." She paused to catch her breath. ".. but to hide somewhere." Swiftly, she turned, sending dirt flying up from her paws, and fled behind the Twolegs. They didn't seem to notice as they lumbered on, the poor souls.
"Cloudbreeze! Get behind them!" she yelled, skittering behind a tree in case they heard her. They didn't appear to.

Cloudbreeze heard bangs and words, everything jumbling in her mind. She was panting, looking sideways as Ibiswing turned.
"What!? Are you crazy!?"
But, she did as she was told. She turned around, dashing through the legs of the nearest hunter, running after Ibiswing.

As Willowbreeze felt like she had finally ridden the twoleg from her path, she slowed down and began to pant heavily. Just when she thought she would be safe for this challenge,
Snap!
Withing a fox-length or two, a tendril of shiny metallic web sent sticks and leaves flying into the air and tightened around the neck of a rabbit, as if it were a noose. The rabbit kept kicking and trying to get free, sending grass and earth flying into the air. This was a twoleg contraption-- these twolegs were hunting. Realizing this, there could be traps hidden everywhere. She had to go warn the others somehow.
The twolegs must have heard the trap go off, because with it came the sound of clumsy large paws trampling undergrowth in her direction. Leaping back to her paws and taking off again, Willowbreeze had to find another of the tributes and warn them of the danger.
[let's spice things up a bit with some hunting traps~]

Ibiswing heard the soft snap of the trap discharging, and for a mere second, she turned her head to look at it. And then, suddenly, instantaneously, she felt a strange pressure against her foreleg, and then a grinding pain in that same place. Before she could do anything, the she-cat felt herself tugged against. She turned, her eyes wide and wild, and saw that there was a stake driven into the ground with a piece of shiny wire attached that was wrapped around her leg.
"W-Willowbreeze, Cloudbreeze! H-help me!" she shrieked, tugging desperately at the trap with the trapped leg. But it was no use, and the tugging only made her bleed more. Her breathing quickened as she heard the Twoleg footsteps getting closer. "They're gonna kill me! Help!"

"Traps! Good grief! How are we going to get ou-"
She whipped her head around, not seeing Ibiswing anywhere. She froze, her fur rising.
"Where's Ibiswing?!"

"Over here, Cloudbreeze!" Meeting up with the silver and white warrior, she began to bound in the direction of Ibiswing's cries. "We're coming, Ibiswing! Just hang on!"
Finally reaching the RockClan warrior, she saw the trap. It was the same kind that had held the rabbit she saw. A shiny stick in the ground with thin, cold wire that tightened the more you pulled. Panicking, she tried to yank the wire off the stick with her teeth but it wouldn't budge. They had to get Ibiswing free somehow, the wire was making her bleed. "Cloudbreeze, help me dig this stake out of the ground!" As the stick got looser from the earth, so did the wire.

Ibiswing cried out in relief as she noticed Willowbreeze and Cloudbreeze. "G-get me out of here! Please!" she said breathlessly, tugging at the wire, which still wouldn't come loose. She could hear the garbled voices of the Twolegs as they came closer, and out of the corner of her eye, the FireClan warrior was digging out the stake.
With a sudden jolt, the wire loosened. Ibiswing let out a long breath and yanked her leg out. "It's out!" she called to Willowbreeze, tears forming in her eyes. "Let's get out of here. Now."

"Okay. Let's run. And, quickly!"
Cloudbreeze led the way away from the trap, her ears flat against her head. She jumped past any visible trap she can see, though blindly ran through the others.
