Cloudpaw let out a sigh, and the apprentice flicked her ears as she entered the apprentices' den shyly, a bundle of moss and bracken in her maw. A yawn overtook her small frame, but the calico apprentice held it in. Her multi-colored orbits glittered uncertainly as she stepped forward, unsure of where Cranepaw was. The she-cat sighed, and began to sniff out Cranepaw's scent among the overpowering stench of the other apprentices.

Her paws hesitated as she caught a whiff of his unique scent, to her it smelled like a dusty pine tree, one of her favorite scents. Inhaling it deeply, Cloudpaw began to shuffle awkwardly across the den. In no time, she accidentally crashed into a bundle of fur snoozing on the floor.

" Sorry! " Cloudpaw hissed apologetically as the cat yowled at her and went back to sleep. Cloudpaw couldn't let go of the scent so quickly though. The calico apprentice instantly stuck her nose to the ground and continued to sniff out Cranepaw.

Cranepaw padded into the Apprentices' Den, lots of moss, feathers and bracken were in his jaws. Setting it down in a large gap that could fit several sleeping cats he noticed Cloudpaw. "Hey Cloudy!" He called to her. "Have you made your nest yet, if not here's a space and I have extra supplies and all..." He purred coming up to her and touching noses with her.

Cloudpaw whirled around with a skittish yelp, her eyes wide. " Um, uhh.. " all senses disappeared as the tom cat touched her nose, and the she-cat blushed heavily, her blue eyes wide.

" Hey, Craney. " she managed out, choking a little. " Not yet.. " Again, she blushed.

"Wanna have yours next to mine?" He suggested. He put some moss down and mixed the feathers and bracken in. "Here's mine, now make yours." He purred.

Cloudpaw gulped, her blue eyes wide as her best friend arranged his nest. " Um, okauy. " the fluffy she-cat meowed, her tail twitching slightly. A yawn stretched her maw, and the she-cat flickered her ears quietly.

Arranging her own nest, putting feathers in the bottom to make it extra soft, the she-cat stretched and sat down.
