Ripple paw rolled his eyes and playfully nudged her. He bent down and took a bite out of the mouse, then another, and by the third bite he pushed the rest of the mouse towards her. Licking the little blood droplets from his whiskers he smiled and looked at his paws. Oh...um...ok sure. He meowed nervously.

Nightpaw finished off the mouse with quick bites before scraping a bit of earth over the remaining scraps and bones. "Guess I will start," She giggled a bit. She She shuffled her paws a bit again before light licking Ripplepaw on the top of the head. She made sure to press lightly because she knew how rough grooming could be sometimes.
(A bit lazy, sorry.)

Ripplepaw looked at her with a smile on his face. He purred when she licked his head and he started to lick around her neck. Maybe when this was over they could go back to their cave and she could sleep while he watched over her. As soon as he finished grooming her he stood up and flicked his tail. Hey Night, You can go to sleep. I know that you had a long day today and I think it would be best fro your health to sleep. I will see you tomorrow ok?]/b] He meowed before dissapearing into the cavern and curing up in a ball to sleep.

Nightpaw followed Ripplepaw through the bushes into the small cavern. It looked as beautiful as last night, and Nightpaw was greeted with warm memories. She nodded before padding to the warmest spot in the cavern and lay down with her tail over her nose. Her breathing steadied as she drifted off into sleep.
