I think that you need permission to have special plots like that, but I'm not sure. I'm not even sure why they have the adopted option... Sorry, that's all I've got.

Nightpaw, if you want biological parents from outside of RockClan, you need to get staff permission, especially if you want a non-queen character to be your character's mother. And as for the sisters, that depends. Do you want other pre-existing characters as sisters, or are you going to make new accounts? Because I'd advise pretty strongly against the latter.

And Venomkit, the "adopted" option is just there as another choice other than biological. And so that there isn't incest.

Koisplash, I wouldn't make new accounts, but some of the people were asking about being sisters, so I needed to know. I have enough accounts xD Also, if I were to ask a staffer, would you be allowed to give me permission, or do I need a higher ranked staffer? And how would I find who should be Night's parents if I had permission? Ask them? So many questions X.X I assumed I needed permission, but I didn't know who from or anything.

I could give you permission, but generally you should ask the leader of the Clan your character's in (Hawkstar, in this case). And yes, after you get permission, if you want people to play your character's parents, ask them about it.
