This is my first book called: Saber tooth #1 Hearts from Darktooth
Prologue
The dark gray mist floated around the water. The silver cats padded around the pool. "What do you suggest Youngfang?"The dusty she-cat asked "Send her to Stormclan, I don't want her to join me just yet"he growled. Dustyheart nodded "what shall you do for a tooth of yours?!" Asked Rainclaw, the old elder. Dustyheart jerked her head and hissed at the russian blue tom "keeping the tribe cat alive!" She hissed. The elder hissed in reply "like i care about some tribe raised cat, born of a leader of ours, when she was about to become leader, I was still a warrior at the time Dustyheart, im more experinced than you, I remember you where killed in a fire with Whinterheart, Blowstar, Wavestar and the killer-hearted Sorrowkill". Wavestar padded up closely to the russian blue tom "Is he now? Continue please"she said. Fortpaw closley padded up hearing about his murdurer's death. "She is finally dead?"he asked, Sparrowtalon padded up to Fortpaw "she was dead for as long as Dusty was here"she purred. Skypaw walked up closely up to Wavestar "hi guys"she said. Silverstar quickly floated towards Skypaw "Grassclan shall never forget you"she said. "Cinderstar never gave up on me that easily"she replied, Brightkit padded up "I knew my sister would be leader one day"she purred. Blowstar quickly flew close"I'm late again?"He sighted.
Chapter 1
Cherryblaze sat up straight. "Today for your training to become like your father, you fight all of us!""All of you?!"she asked "yes, All of us"he hissed. "Begin!"he spat, Cherryblaze ran jumping onto the pile of bones and clawed Reedclaw in the face. The tom jerked away to Moondeath and Hawkpaw's den. The gray she-tooth kicked Eaglekill in the neck and the brown and white she-tooth yelped. Cherryblaze jumped down off the the pile of bones and ran towards the territory. She looked behind her seing that they where still not close to her, she looked down to a tunnel and she dived into it. The faint murmurs of the ancients echoed in her ears, forcing her to listen. Dawn's rise, Cherry's fall, Snow's flake, Growan's claw, Leopard chase, all the final screams, in these tunnels. A noise echoed though the tunnel "It's probabbly a rabbit hole she hunted in, let's go" letting out a relived sigh she dug herself deeper in the tunnels, until a clearing appeared. She fell out a started to walk around feeling the old and recent paw-steps. This was Darkclan's camp! But they abandonned it? she thought ready for a fight. She walked around and a sudden sound happed this is bad but noticed it was just Juniper leaves, the ancient apprentice of Dawnclan. "You are here for a reason?"asked the she-tooth, voice echoy. "Y-Yes and n-no"she said "Then, explain why you are here" Juniper leaves hissed. "I'm in a training session with my father, Lionstar but im a warrior and he is testing me to see if I'm just like him and fight the entire clan"she said. Juniper leaves let gout a growl of laughter" what kind of father would do that?"She said "Mine"Cherryblaze hissed. Juniper leaves's echoy laughter alerted the patrol and the thunder of the paw-steps was louder every second "Sorry"she said disapering. Cherryblaze paniced and jumped towards the small tunnnel that lead to the border. Lionstar sniffed the air "she was just here" he said "stay alert". Cherryblaze let out a silent sigh of relif this was not Darkclan's camp but Lionstar was here. She climbed up the thin branch and it fell when she got in the tunnel. She was lost. There was no light what so ever. Darkness flooded her eyes. She turned on a tunnel that had a flat surface and layed down. She closed her bright blue eyes and warpped her tail around her body to stay warm in the freezing tunnel.

Cherryblaze awoke in the tunnel shaking the dirt off her stomach. Her eyes where almost blind with sleep. She checked the tunnel for her father's scent. None. The gray she-tooth looked at the opening to the cave and the patrol was sleeping in the cave. They where prepared for a cold Fall night in the cave and got moss from the outside and obviously prepared a hunt. She narrowed her eyes to their fresh kill softly placed on the ground. Vole. She looked to the sticks that was a trap. She climbed back to her camp and layed there. Dawn's rise was staring wide-eyed to the she-tooth. "You're starving, allow me to get you some prey from their pile, and don't worry, I know how to avoid the trap with out triggering it" she purred. Cherryblaze nodded, hated the thought of being cared by someone else. She licked her teeth when Dawn's rise returned with a vole "Thank you"she said "No problem"the golden she-tooth replied. Cherryblaze gobbled up the vole "could you teach me around the tunnels?"she asked "of course follow along"she replied. In that verry moment she was knocked out cold. Awaking in Dawnclan Cherry's fall looked at her apprentice Juniper leaves. "What are you doing here?!" she screamed "waiting for you to orginise a patrol, Dawn's rise is waiting to see prey in that pile, especialy since the earth breakage"she said. Cherry's fall nodded and exited her den and padded beside Dawn's rise and Dusk's fall, her mate. "Im guessing that I, Fawn's rise, Growan's claw and Junier leaves shall see if any mammoths remain in th ruins of the quakes"she said. The group found a female alone nudging her dead mate and cub. Cherry's fall smiled at the thought of eating mammoth for supper. "Let's go, I take the front, Fawn's rise you take the side Growan's claw find a way to the other side and Juniper leaves, to the back"she said. They all took positions an Growan's claw went in a tunnel across the mammoth. She ran and jumped to the throat and the rest got in position but Groawn's claw. A tom yelped and she looked and saw Growan's claw head and tail. Cherry's fall ran to his body and ripped the rock right off of him. "Groawn's claw!" She screamed trying to save him. "C-Cherry's fall" he gulped "yes"she replied."You know Il be safe with the others in the stars right?"He asked, Cherry's fall nodded"I-I will always love you"he said. Cherry's fall nodded with many tears rolling down her face"no matter what I will always love you too"she said. Growan's claw closed his amber eyes as Cherry's fall screamed. Growan's claw was dead.

Cherryblaze snapped back in reality realizing that she and Dawn's rise finished the tour of the tunnels. "Gotta run Cherry!"she said as Cherryblaze looked behind her as she caught the scents of Eaglekill and Endlessfire. She ran quickly to the exit and shook off the dirt and ran forward in the unknown territory of StormClan. A ginger figure knocked her out and screamed.

Chapter 2
Cherryblaze awoke as she saw the ginger figure that knocked her out, Songstar and a few other warriors of StormClan. "Where am I?" she hissed unsheathing her claws. The ginger figure stared in her bright blue eyes " Song, should we put her on apprentices duties until the gathering?"he asked, Cherryblaze froze The gathering! It was tomorrow, she sheathed her claws remembering to keep calm." It's no use Fawnberry it's almost moonhigh you should get some rest, both of you"she said. Cherryblaze nodded and curled up for some sleep.
Fawnberry awoke Cherryblaze carefully. Cherryblaze left the old elders den to go to the fresh kill pile" No fox? No badger? How do you guys survive?"she asked wanting that sweet taste of fox in the morning. Fawnberry tossed her a vole, wasn't better than a fox but she ate it. She walked out to the warriors den and cleaned out the moss. She placed new moss and feathers and left a few extras on Fawnberry's to be nice. Harmonypaw and Yellowpaw where just about to clean the warriors den" It's clean don't worry, you can do the elder's den"she purred. Fawnberry was at the center of the camp setting up a hunting patrol as the deputy was out on the dawn border check and renewal. "Mistyspark, Jaylight, Forestpaws and Cherryblaze, Harmonypaw and Firepaw you guys are on my patrol"he said. Great now im hunting, perfect she thought knowing that would expose her hiding spot. The patrol began to march close to the SiegeClan border" maybe we should go to the WaterClan border?"she asked and Fawnberry nodded. They arrived to the hunting spot of the morning. Cherryblaze caught the scent of mouse. She stalked the little creature and droped down to her kill stance. She pounced and took the life from the mouse burring it to the rendrevouz point.
As the patrol returned to camp, Cherryblaze had two mice and a squirrel clamped in her jaws. Songstar was prepareing the clan for the gathering. "Fawnberry just the person I wanted to see"The light golden tom said" You and the bright eyed are coming to the gathering tonight"he said. Cherryblaze looked around seeing that Harmonypaw and Firepaw where the only apprentices going to the gathering as Yellowpaw staryed alone. She walked up to Songstar and stared at her evergreen eyes" I'd like to join your clan and abandon my SiegeClan family and join StormClan's family"she said, Songstar sighted" I guess you may but another war may be provoked because of it"the light ginger leader replied. She flicked her tail signaling her Clan to follow her to the gathering cave. "So SiegeClan warrior coming to join us, what is your name and what are you changing your name to?"Songstar asked" my name is Cherryblaze and I'd like to change it to Cherryheart"she said. Songstar nodded as they continued down the path to the gathering cave. Once their arrival they took their seats on their rocks, Cherryheart sat on the same rock as Fawnberry. All five leaders nodded to each other" I shall start"Songstar said. "Prey is well in StormClan, Flareclaw had her litter of four strong healthy kits Moonkit,Dusk-kit,Dawnkit and Sunkit, we have one new member originated from SiegeClan, Cherryheart, Cinderstar"She nodded. "Thank you Songstar, Prey is well in GrassClan and we have one new apprentice named Ripplepaw, Lionstar"Cinderstar nodded. "Prey is excellent in SiegeClan as for soon I sall kill the little Songstar"he hissed"Goldenstar"he nodded. "Prey is well in WaterClan and we have no new members, Mistystar"she nodded"Prey is scarcer than ever in DarkClan and I have been tracing heavy SiegeClan scent on our border"she said. Cherryheart could not stand the fact that Lionstar even dared to tresspass and break the regulations of the warriors. Songstar hopped off her rock and signaled her Clan to follow her.
As they returned to the camp, Cherryheart walked into the medicine cat den with Songstar"Lilyeyes, do you mind returning to warrior duties so Cherryheart may take over medicine tooth?"she asked. The white she-tooth nodded"my responsebilities are under your control Songstar"she said. Lilyeyes left the den and entered the warriors den. Cherryheart padded up to the moss supply and made a nest with feathers, pine needles and feathers in the darkest corner. She let out a large yawn and walked to the fresh kill pile. She took a vole from the pile and quickly eat it. She walked to the warriors den with a fresh squirrel that she caught today and placed it on Fawnberry's nest. She walked out to the medicine tooth den and layed down in her nest quietly drifting off into a nice calm sleep... The scent of early dawn awoke Cherryheart. She looked outside seeing that it must have rained over night cause of the nice smelling air. She sat down in the entrence of the den as she noticed the ginger warrior return with his dawn patrol. They caught prey she thought and she walked over to the clearing as she caught up with Songstar. "The borders?" Songstar asked"good, SiegeClan is still probably strategizing" Fawnberry reported. Cherryheart walked up to Fawnberry and licked his ear as she left the camp to fetch some Borage Leaves.

Chapter 3
Fawnberry awoke near sunhigh. He had a thorn in his paw that was bothering him for a while. He ate a small squirrel before he entered Cherryheart's den. "Hey Cherry, got a thorn in my pad that's been in it since dawn patrol" he said. Cherryheart sighted as she grabbed the remaining's of the marigold supply and she grabbed a bit of cobweb. "Give me your paw" she said as Fawnberry gave her his paw. He watched as the gray she-tooth removed the thorn and put the marigold poultice on his pad where the thorn was, she wrapped the cobweb around his paw and smiled" that should help fight possible infection" she said. Fawnberry nodded as he exited the den, Cherryheart tossed him some borage leaves "take those to Flareclaw, she was complaining this morning that her milk was not coming" she said as Fawnberry nodded. He walked out to the nursery and he walked in noticing that Growanclaw was sharing tongues with his mate Flareclaw. "Cherry said you needed these cause your milk was not coming" he said. Flareclaw nodded and ate the herbs" thank you Fawnberry" she purred. Fawnberry smiled and he exited the nursery as he saw Antstep ran towards Cherryheart who was on her way to check if Flareclaw had received the borage leaves." Cherryheart! Songstar's dead! forever gone!"he cried. Fawnberry and Cherryheart ran towards Songstar's den. He noticed that Antstep, Songstar's mate was sitting on the rock outside his mate's den crying. When the gray she-tooth exited the den she sighted" he was right, she's gone, Ant if you would like to say good-bye to her before StarlightClan comes, you should do it now" she said. Songstar was barley moving" Antsep, take care of our only k-kits Flareclaw and Lilyeyes" she gasped. Antstep nodded "You have no worries, Songstar". Lightstreak padded in" And you, I trust you pick your deputy well" she said. Lightstreak nodded" I shall not disappoint you" he responded.
Lightstreak hopped onto the Storm Rock, Named after the ancient Storm's Rock. "Everyone the rank of apprentice or higher gather around for a Clan meeting!"he called. "Songstar has lost her last chance" he announced. Fawnberry noticed his mother begin to get tears in her eyes, they both knew Antstep would never love again. "Lightstar! Lightstar!" Cherryheart and Antstep began to cheer. The entire Clan began to cheer along. "I Lightstar chose my deputy to be Fawnberry" he said. "I am honnored to have title as deputy Lightstar" he said. Fawnberry noticed as Cherryheart padded up to the back of the Storm Rock placing her paw on one of the many paw prints, her paw was a perfect fit, Fawnberry looked confused and padded up to her. "Uh Cherryheart? You okay?" He asked, he looked where her Bright blue eyes layed as he noticed that paw print was beside Fawn's rise. Mine he thought, the one she placed her paw on was Cherry's fall. He placed his paw on Fawn's rise and slightly closed his amber eyes awakening in DawnClan camp. Chasing songs just had her two kits: Storm's Rock and Rising sun. Dancing cloud and Dropping leaves where sharing tongues and Cherry's fall was alone. Fawn's rise padded up to the gray she-tooth. "Hey" he said" Why in a million do you want to talk to me?" She hissed.
