Staffer help in RockClan

Hey, this is Nightpaw of RockClan.

I have an issue:

There are no staffers in RockClan taking care of the ceremonies, even though some have been online. Some people have been waiting for over a MONTH for ceremonies, and nobody seems to care at all. I PM-ed Hawkstar about this, and he ignored my message, so I PM-ed Sandleaf about it as well. She hasn't been online since I sent the message which I would be fine normally, but I really wasn't complaining about how MY ceremony hasn't taken place yet. I just posted there a few days ago and didn't expect to get my warrior ceremony quickly at all. But some players have been waiting MUCH longer than me for simple tasks like new mentors, and nobody has done anything about it.

The problem isn't that there aren't enough warriors, there are plenty saying they are available for mentors.

I just think somebody, whoever that is should take care of this problem ASAP. Unless you want RockClan to be a deserted clan because nobody even takes the time to make any ceremony threads.

Any help would be appreciated, even if my ceremony doesn't happen, I just want other people's ceremonies to happen. You might think it is impatience, but I am not doing this for me, I swear. But if I do have to wait almost a month, you will hear more complaints from me, so don't make me wait TOO long.

If you want my personal opinion, if no one is even answering PMs about ceremonies and there are plenty of warriors, just pick a mentor and carry on.

I'm going to get slaughtered for that statement as it, in itself, is hypocritical, however, I'm not sure if anyone in that clan really cares if ceremonies are done or not during transition phases. I know that Sandleaf is probably the most active staffer in RockClan, or at least was the person who was doing the ceremonies for some time. However, her main focus should be the nursery, not ceremonies, and leader duties, queen duties, answer PMs, plus do homework.

So that solves the problems of all the apprentices needing new mentors. Yay. After that pretty much everyone hasn't been waiting too long, and I'm fine with waiting. Everyone else has at most been waiting only about a week or two.

I realize that homework and tests and stuff like that exists, and I agree that queens shouldn't have to take care of ceremonies and leader duties, which is part of the problem. No other staffers are active in RockClan with the power to do ceremonies, and now that we have more of a kit army, it's a bit more of a problem. So the last staffer is stuck with all the other staffers duties, and doesn't have time to do them all, that's fine.

I'm just worried about it all though. If there is really only one remaining staff in RockClan, nothing will ever get done, which isn't Sandleaf's fault at all. If that happens though, RockClan will have less and less players due to inactivity and nothing ever getting done, so nobody will join.

It's a bit worrying.

I also should mention this:

DO NOT pester staff members through PM. One message is enough. So if you have been sending each more than one PM, that would partly explain why they are not responding.

I haven't. If I did it was completely an accident. I replied to the one I sent Sandleaf only because I remembered I needed to ask something else, but other than that I haven't sent more than one message intentionally.
