OKay this has been bothering me.

In the Rules, it specificly said 'no having kits'. Their is people who have in their siggys or bios that say their parents are clancat and clan cat. HOW IS THIS HAPPENING???

It's called plotting. Having kits is allowed (most of the time), but you must have full permission from a staff member. Then you have to get someone to play as the kit, get someone to play the mother/father, and so on. It's a process.

Also old members , like myself, may have had kits before that rule was put in place. There used to be no queens so anyone could have kits.
