It was the second day since he had been in the apprentices' den. For Rabbitpaw, he was still adjusting to the lack of warmth since moving in. Unlike the fortified jail of a nursery, this place had a few tiny places where it was cold and damp. Yet he understood, kits were younger and got sick easier then apprenticed, there for this was somewhat fair. He entered the apprentices' den, just the slightest bit weary from lack of sleep. However there were unfortunately still deeds to be done. Rabbitpaw had one thing to do, which was make acquaintance with his fellow apprentices.
He hadn't met many, only one really, which was the happy-go-lucky Jaypaw. One of the eldest apprentice, but no more. A few names were spoken at the ceremony for those who required new mentors, but nothing else. Rabbitpaw wandered through the nests, laying down in his own, waiting to see who else was in the den at this time.

Coyotepaw paused in the den, no memories at all pushing through the barrier in her mind to the memory links. With a sigh, she entered the den and paused by her nest. It was rather old and smelly, so she decided she would replace it with the moss, bracken, and hawk feathers she had brought. She gave a yawn, and set upon making her nest. By the time she was finished, her shoulders ached. There was quite some moss and bracken left, with a variety of different feathers.
Coy's eyes flitted across to the entrance, where a newcomer had entered. A smile broke upon her face, and the she-cat paused by the tomcat.
" Hi~! " she said with a cheerful, kind voice. " My name's Coyotepaw! You can call me Coy. " Coy purred, her paws kneading the ground, moss, bracken, and feathers wrapped in her tail.

The wait was not at all long, in fact it was quite brief. At the moment he was waiting, a fellow apprentice walked right up to him. She was already smiling, probably happy to have gained some company. She greeted him like most cats in TreeClan would, a simple greeting. Rabbitpaw took a few moments and matched the name with the face, to make sure he would remember. "Hey, the name's Rabbitpaw," he greeted in return.

(Quite alright)
Coyotepaw flicked her tail with a happy expression, settling the lob of moss, bracken and feathers on the ground before Rabbitpaw. " It's very nice to meet you, Rabbitpaw. My name's Coyotepaw. Call me Coy. " she purred, paws kneading on the ground like an excited kit.
" Sooo, meet anyone new yet? As an apprentice, at least? Oh, and my mother is Littlepool. Who's your mother? " her words came out like a gushing waterfall.

Rabbitpaw kept his focus on the conversation, listening to Coyotepaw as she repeated her name and nickname. "Nice to meet you too, Coy," Rabbitpaw added. Like a lot of cats Rabbitpaw had met, she seemed nice. Then again, at a young age, most preferred to establish a connection with others. At this age, most wanted to go out and meet others making it quite simple. Rabbitpaw remained laying in his warm, comfortable nest as he waited for Coyotepaw to continue. That was when a surprise came. "Littlepool? Well then, I guess your my sister," Rabbitpaw answered, smiling. He hadn't yet met any of his siblings, so meeting one out of the blue was quite a treat.

''Coyotepaw.. You know I really like your name. It's grand.'' Flowerpaw was in the den the whole time really but just awoke from their chatter. So Rabbitpaw, a new apprentice emerged. The brown striped she-cat glanced in his direction as well, quite bold he was. ''Well Coyotepaw, welcome and please to meet you. And you as well Coyotepaw. My name should be easy to remember, it is Flowerpaw.'' She gave a cat-like smile and wave of her flexible tail. ''...'' What else should she say? Well she'll wait for their replies. ''Sorry for interrupting.. But i like meeting others.'' She said cheerfully.
