Kestrelpaw squeezed through the entrance with Burningkit in her jaws. The apprentice gently settled the kit in a best before looking around. "Hello?" She called hoping to find the medicine cat. "Burningkit injured her paws. Could you possibly help?"

Burningkit groaned. Her paws felt like little needles were stuck into them. Kestrelpaw carrying her brought back the memories of when she was just a newborn, scrabbling toward her mother's belly. She sighed inwardly. How did she get into this mess?

Burningkit surveyed her surroundings. She was in the Medicine cat's Den, no doubt. It wasn't the first time that she encountered the smooth cave walls, dry herbs littering the ground, a stale scent hanging in the air. But something was wrong. "Where's Sunblaze?" she murmured.

I could help heal her if you want? I mean my cat isn't a med apprentice but I personally know a thing or too) she looked at her sympathetically. Thinking if what to do

Sunblaze trotted into her den, she had been very busy lately. Her herb store was running low and she was very tired of searching for herbs as there were no more close to camp. She looked up, surprised. Lately it seemed that everyone was getting hurt or sick. "Whats happened?"

There you are. Um Burningpaw got lost in the woods earlier and her paws are scratched and hurting so I brought her home. Could you help?" She asked the med cat

"Alright, yes I can help but she will have to stay off her paws for a while" She walked into a small cave where the herbs were stored and came out with goldenrod and cobwebs, she chewed up the goldenrod and applied it to her paws. Then placed cobwebs over them. She made a comfortable nest out of dry moss. Then picked up the kit and put her into the bed.

Burningpaw lifted her head. "I'm fine." She meowed a little more clearly. Her eyes weren't as foggy as before. "I'm feeling better."

Alright I'll be right back." She licked her new friends ear before rising and padding out of the den.
Returning a bit later with a mouse and a robin and a squirrel. she set the squirrel down for later for Sunblaze before She set the mouse beside the other shecat and settled down beside her with her robin.
"What happened earlier?" She asked after a moment of silence. "How'd you get lost?" She asked
