Okay this apprentice was bored, highly. Man, before he gets in trouble he might as well do some work for these ancient cats.
He padded in, carrying new moss at his side, setting it down. Going out again to get the rest and coming back. Hey, they were gone. Luckily he could do this without hearing them bicker, I mean some can be grouchy hey? But it's nice doing this without such interruptions.
"Sure a mess in here." he murmured. Moving to a nest, taking his time removing the old out and the new in. Pawing it, moving it with his tail to get the old out. Using his jaw to carry the new in the exact same spot. This took awhile replacing the rest of them but it had to be done. And in peace, he could do it all. Well he thought he was alone.
"Hello?" He mewed. Maybe one was coming in.
