While they had been talking, Burningpaw snuck into the apprentices den, scooting into the entrance. The apprentice's den was just the same as the nursery, but something felt better about this place, something that Burningpaw couldn't distinguish. She tugged a clump of moss from a neat nest(Making Kestrelpaw's nest very unorganized XD) and rolled it into a ball. She then clasped it in her jaws and approached Marbledpaw and Finchpaw.
"Want to play ball?" Burningpaw asked.

Sweetpaw giggled, and raced after Marbledpaw, she reached her, and managed to swat her tail with her paw, "You're it!" she bounded away quickly.

She gave a playful scowl at Burningpaw. "Your making me a new nest." She glared.

Finchpaw twitched his whiskers in amusement. "Mine!" He called, swatting the moss-ball away from Burningpaw, then took it in his jaws and scampered away. He wasn't really giddy most of the time, but today was an exception. Today, he had become an apprentice.

She laughed and ran after Finchpaw. "Nuh uh!" She tackled him down and snatched the moss ball from him and bolted away

Finchpaw was running with a moss ball when he realized that there was no moss ball in his mouth anymore. He whipped around to find Kestrelpaw bounding away with it. "Hey!" He called happily, and took off after her.

She yelped in surprise and fell over. Losing her hold on the moss all. "You scared me so!" She looked up at Finchpaw with a rueful smile.
