Whenever Cloverstar feels like it. There is no set time. It could be one day, one week, or if we're comparing Cloverstar to Darkstar from 2011, maybe even a month or more.
As someone who does ceremonies, and knows Cloverstar, as well as everyone else on this site that does ceremonies, I can truly say that asking is not only obnoxious, but it also usually just delays the time for a ceremony even farther. I've personally told you at least once via PM that Cloverstar will do them when ready, and I'm also fairly positive that she said something along those lines in the Ceremony thread itself.
Just be patient. Everyone has to do it.

Just be patient. You signed up three days ago. I'd say that you probably have another four to make up a full week, and even then Cloverstar could choose to wait longer, or make them sooner. Just keeping RP'ing if you want, and maybe browse the OOC boards.
