I believe YES because most scientist believe that space is endless, with billions upon billions of other galaxies. There is also something called the Goldie Locks Plant, which are planets that are just warm enough and just cold enough with the basic elements of survival. At least one of those planets will have life forms, but evolution will make them very different from us. Aliens wouldn't - most likely - be like what they are described as in books and movies. So all in all, just because you can't see them, doesn't mean they aren't real
(In case you're wondering, no I'm not religious which Is why i feel so strongly about this. Kinda strongly)
