((Okay. So Craven has launched an attack of @eatcheese's pack! This is for the fun of it, the wolves need something to do. Amiright? So we decided to have a little battle! When you attack, please say who you are attacking. And wait for them to reply! Unless you have been attacked again. :3 And please tag the person that you re attacking, so the person will know that they have been attacked. :'D Okay that's it. Have fun! c: The Mountain Wolves Nyx @eatcheese Relic @jack -I know you are not fully joined, but Full Moon said add ya' anyways-
I had a heart of gold but it doesn't seem to shine bright anymore.
Craven could feel the drumming in his heart, the knowledge of what was to come. How many weeks I'd spent dreaming of this moment, seething in the heart of the the forest with the thought of the land, the thought of those wolves invading our own. I wasn't one to lie, gathering the courage to face such a pack while mine was so small took far longer than I was willing to admit, but time was a luxury I couldn't afford and the pressure was building.
Today, The Mountain Wolves would suffer.
In the quiet eve of the morning light, darkness still lingering despite the rising sun, his green eyes swept across the empty fields. He stood at the edge of the territory, the atmosphere around him electrifying while he stared at the expanse of the land that the scum had claimed as there own. Funny to think that we slept with snakes in our backyard. At the ready Craven could sense the hearts of those that would follow behind him. My pack, if all was prepared, would stand at my side, and my little omega, Citali, could be the first to attack.
We were to sneak in. We were to take anything of value to us, even the most scrawny of prey. We were to lay waste. We were to see their fall.
“War.”
Shivering in the anticipation, Craven's fur bristled with the first step into the land. The moment his sooty black paws took step into the territory, Cravens senses were on guard. He led his party between the gaps of some pine tree's. Rain soon swept over otheir bodies as they raveled quickly to the heart of the neighbouring territory. The rain and strong winds would hopefully cover up the Bete Noire's wolves scents, and give the wolves the element of surprise. So early in the morning, night still taking reign, the wolves The Mountain Pack should still be sound asleep in their flea ridden nest.
Occ: This is lazy, and late. ;-;

||I'll write small in this so there's more room to see stuff. usually use a Size 3 || Full Moon felt a growl rise in her chest. The thoughts of wolves from her past had stirred her from a peaceful sleep, dampened by a leak in the roof that, in her dream, had been the blood of her pack. The others were asleep, as far as she could tell, but the Alpha paced the camp, rain slicking her camouflaged pelt. The air was filled with a crackling boom as the heavy sound of thunder rumbled past, followed by a flash of lightning in the Pine Forest that sheltered Mull Moon's territory. Smells of wet leaf mold rose like ghosts from a grave into the grey air, and the prey had taken shelter from the rain. Full Moon was at a pause with nothing to do but watch, an pace, and hope her home would be safe. The leader's den was a crevice between the mountains, only visible if you knew what to look for. It was where Moon had originally taken shelter when she first moved to the mountains, and where she had met a wolf called Eclipse. She didn't know if he would be joining her, or if she would see the caring look in his eyes as her pack grew. The last time they had met, Moon hadn't even marked her territory. Now, her pack was stronger than many new packs there were. Moon thought of this as she retreated to her den once more. There was a downside to being a new pack, however. None of the had time to train and share their battle strategies. Moons hope was that she could gather her wolves to train when they all woke. That wouldn't happen.

Nyx stood still, silent, a mere silhouette against the bright moon. She was on the lookout, the perfect wolf to do so. Something was wrong. She couldn't get to sleep. She just... sensed that something was wrong. Deep blue eyes alert and piercing, the moon glinted off them for one last time before storm clouds covered the moon. Then the rain began to fall, plastering Nyx's jet black fur to her sides. Yet she still stood there, stiff as a tree, alert, and waiting. For something. Anything. That's when she saw a lean shape far away in the brush. Peering forward, she caught the faintest trace of wolf... enemy wolf. All her instincts told her to yowl the alarm, but she stood there, waiting for the wolf to show itself. (Mines' shorter ;-

Kaede followed his leader silently, a smirk on his face. These wolves won't know what's coming. Of course we'll win. Let's just hope The Mountain Pack wolves aren't that prepared for battle. He thought, watching the Alpha's tail. When Craven slowed to a halt, Kaede's pale gaze swept across the unknown territory. He could already imagine walking through it, to check the border or to catch prey after they had won.
The small morning light gave hope and looked wonderful, but didn't last long. The darkness of night was still in the sky. As he and the rest of the pack followed Craven Undavarie, light droplets sprayed their pelts. A breeze whisked past them, sending a chill down Kaede's spine. Let's hope we get to the territory quickly, he thought. A nice battle will get blood pumping.
The black canine's gaze swept to Citali, the Omega, and to Makoce. This pack is small, but let's hope we're all strong. Who knows what kind of wolves reside in the mountain pack.

Craven began to trot silently through the grass. Fuel ruled by anger enveloped his steps. All of my training led up to this. The pain, the struggle, the exhaustion. Away my pup years went, months of training replacing them. I had to protect my family, my pack. It was my duty, my job, my reason to live. Never could I forget the day fire spread across my home lands. Black hearted, cold, unjust; they attacked us in our hour of morn and stole cherished members of my pack.
While this was a different pack, in this brute's mind; They were the pack who had ruined his life many years ago.
A momentarily lapse of relief was felt when the group fell easily under his command. So, this was what it was like. The burden of responsibility weighed down his shoulders, but Craven shrugged it off. There was no time to wallow in self-doubt. Suddenly, the maned wolf paused and turned back. He turned his gaze to Kaede, a small smile forming on his lips. "Would you like to lead the way? I must go and scout ahead."

Nyx scanned the close-cropped frost covered bushes one last time, before turning around quickly and dashing back into camp. "Moon." She said, greeting her leader and dipping her head formally. "Something's not right outside the camp. Something... someone is there. I can sense their presence. It feels like a whole pack. We need... another guard. I can feel it. Please." The storm rattled overhead. Lightning flashed. Thunder rumbled. Nyx hoped that Moon would trust her, because she was the deputy-wolf of the pack.

Moon grumbled and turned her glossy, sleep-deprived eyes to her deputy. "You sure, Nyx?" She asked, not expecting an answer. "I'll come out. Can't sleep anyway." Heaving herself to her paws, Moon followed her new friend outside.

436 WORDS The rain plastered her red and gold pelt to her sides, darkening the highlights and the black on her ruff and rump. She trudged through the mud, head low beneath the oncoming rain, but it didn't bother her. In fact, it was an advantage. It would darken the land so as to hide the four wolves, and mask their scent. Her orange eyes flickered over the ground they were padding through, the only sounds I liking her ears was the pattering rain and the quiet squelching sound of paws sticking to mud. The feeling of the sticky earth sticking to her le made her feel uncomfortable, but she was strong and she could survive the discomfort.
Makoce's claws itched to attack. She wanted to prove to her pack what she could do, and what she would do to protect them. After all, she was one of them. Of course, Craven Undavarie was in the lead, followed by Kaede, herself, and then, last of all, Citali. The red canine wouldn't be surprised if Craven sent the Omega to attack first, therefore putting Citali in the most danger first, for she was the lowest of them all. The Shaman trudged forward, her nose working in attempt to at least scent the tiniest scrap of the pack they were attack, but as she raised her muzzle, rain filled her nostril, causing her to let out a silent cough. She could feel it. They would win, which she was almost certain of. Though their pack was small, they were smart and strong and well trained. She prayed the Mountain Wolves weren't trained so successfully.
Makoce would fight, even though she was their one and only healer. If she died or was badly injured, their pack would suffers, and therefore much pressure was on her, seeming to weigh her shoulders down. She straightened her back, knowing, hoping she wouldn't fail. She had to be there for her pack, and she would. She went over the well memorized list of herbs and their uses in her mind, ready to help her hurt pack mates if the need be. Shapes looked ahead in the darkness, and they appeared to be rocks of some sort. She didn't know what the Mountain Wolves camp looked like,so she wasn't entirely sure they were arriving. "Are we here?" her voice barely managed any sound, only the ones next to or in font of her could hear, for it was drowned out by the rain. has it been decided which pack will win?

| I gave a shaky yawn as I followed along at the back of the ragtag group of wolves. My well known alpha ahead of the pack. I watched silently, eyes in slits, body trembling like a deer giving out its last breaths before dying. I looked like a puppy who had been soaked in a pool. My ears were down and my body was tense and tight.
I was terrible fighter, heavens only know how I could ever pull off such a thing as an attack. The only things I knew how to do were run away and watch. I took a nervous gulp as the stench of the other pack infiltrated my nose like an infectious disease. I scrunched up my face unpleasantly. "Disgusting..." I muttered unhappily. I looked back to my alpha, noticing him ready to take his leave. My eyes widened fearfully. Don't die.

Nyx nodded gratefully at her leader, briskly padding back to the entrance and sitting back down stiffly anyways. Lightning lit up the space in front of her, and her deep blue eyes caught a flash of fur. Growling, she unsheathed long claws, and scraped them against a rock to make them sharp. Peering into the gloom, Nyx snarled in frustration as the rain began to thicken, sending drops of clean water into her eyes.

||Not quite, Makoce. I believe the Mountain Wolves will win by barely, but that is to ensure we still live and can continue to RP out packs together. Agreed, Craven Undavarie?|| Full Moon felt a growl tumble in her lungs and she watched as her deputy scraped her claws along the rock. The Alpha settled herself, wondering what Nyx could be so worried about. Moon knew her as a brave wolf, so it would be a surprise if something wasn't up. But, on the other hand, the Mountain Wolves had no known enemies, so it was unknown that they would be attacked. The Guard Rock was at the edge of the sheltered half-cave that made up the camp, near the path that led up the slope to it. Moon was proud of her camp. It was a hollowed out part of the cliff, her den on the far side, with sand littering the ground as comfort. Rain tumbled outside, and Moon sat undrenched in the second Guard rock, ears pricked. "What to you-" A light growl erupted from Moon's throat. A blur of brown, red, white, and black was striding towards them, slow and almost invisible in the dark morning and driving rain. "Warn the others, Nyx." Moon ordered, eyes trying to track the figure in the shadows. "But don't tell them to come out. We must seem weak before they arrive." The leader had no idea what the party was, but she wanted to keep her guard up anyway.

((Yep, sounds like a plan. c:))
Darkness surrounded them for a moment, only to be lit by the light from the lighting above their heads - a sign that they were here and that the battle would begin. He knew their cover had been blown, the male growled. He shot forward, his paws seeming to meld into the dark ground as he sped torward the pack. "Come along!" He called, and automatically went for Nyx. He locked eyes on her back, before taking a leap of faith in an attempt to wrestle the elle to the ground. His teeth aimed to grasp on the female's nape or shoulders as he tried to jump upon her. The earth was mourning already; it too, knew what was to come. It seemed like the loud thunder was a warning, and the rain was trying to stop the fight. Make wolves lose footing. But Craven ignored it,. he would not let his Goddess try to make him swerve from his goals.
Nothing would stand in his way.

Nyx swerved out of the way as a lean wolf tried to land on her shoulders. "So, we're gonna play that game, huh?" She hissed at him, then glanced at Full Moon and nodded, swiping her claws down the wolf's muzzle to distract him. Not knowing if she'd hit him or not, the black wolf raced into camp and nosed her way into the other dens. "Pack. Attacking camp. We need to seem weak before we send out you guys." She whispered, then turned tail and pelted back to the entrance, looking for the wolf that had attacked her before. Nyx's deep blue eyes gleamed in the dark, the only sign that she was standing there. Oh, and of course, her white claws.

Kaede blinked his eyes against the splattering rain as a shiver ran down his spine. He took the lead for a small while, until Craven, who was scouting ahead, bursted into a run. Kaede sprinted forward and howled as he entered the main area where the Mountain Pack lived. He blinked once more as rain dripped down from his ears. The Elite quickly looked around for someone to attack. Pitiful beings, the canine thought with a smirk on his face. It was fun to watch the other wolves panic with realization of what was happening.

Craven growled, but was able to move away from the white claws. His golden eye's narrowing at the black femme as he crouched there. awaiting for her return.
He watched as she came at her once more and sneered, moving his head slowly side to side as he studied her. Like a coiled snake readying to strike. And Craven's mind was just as venomous as a snake's deadly bite. "Dance for me. I want to paint a picture in this place with you as the center. Come on, keep up with me" He straightened up to his full height and stepped forward, his muzzle creased into a snarl as he snapped his teeth in the female’s direction. He lunged forward again, stumbled, and then recovered his footing. He didn’t even wait to see if he collided with flesh before he followed the attack up with two swipes with long claws. He was fully prepared to take blows to prove himself, but if his opponent should flee before his attack, he’d not give chase. Instead, he’d look for another one to hunt.
Attack, aimed at Nyx
