I huffed angrily as I waddled into the medicine cats' den. I frowned as I plopped down, expecting something magical to pop out and service me. I didn't think of the idea for asking nicely. Hmpf, of all kittens, why did have to be me who gets a thorn in their paw? I was mentally cursing and whining to the point as to were I was just annoyed with myself. I gave an exasperated sigh. "Hello, anyone alive?"

"Barely," Forestbreak retorted with a smile, standing up in her nest as her aching muscles stretched taut. The gray tabby padded over to the kitten, flicking her white-tipped tail, eyes darting here and there. "What seems to be the problem?"
The kit seemed rather... bratty, for a kitten. Eh, she'd had to deal with far worse. She was used to disrespect. Sitting down in front of the kit, the medicine cat knitted her brow and mewed, "What's your name?"

I frowned and looked at the she-cat with a cross expression. I lifted and waved my injured paw impatiently. I sniffed and blinked at her. "Name? Oh, I'm Ripplekit, a pleasure," I said, remembering to keep a hold on the manners that I was a little on edge with. I looked at her briefly before switching attention to my paw. "Hmf, I fell into a bramble and hit a thorn. I thought we didn't have those!"
