Vex had discovered a fox den. The scent wasn’t fresh, but it was fresh enough for her to be able to follow it. Most reasonable cats would turn and tell someone more qualified about this discovery, probably a guard or at least someone who knew a bit more about defending themselves. But Vex was not most cats, nor was she reasonable. However, though unreasonable, Vex was anything but stupid. She considered herself to be quite smart actually. Smart and common sense are two very different things, and Vex seemed to be lacking sorely in the latter. She decided that if she were to follow the scent, she would at least need someone to know where she was going. As luck seemed to have it, she caught the scent of another cat. She didn't particularly care if it was a cat from her tribe or just a wandering loner. The thin female dashed forward. She didn't recognize them, but that wasn't important.

"Oh good!" She trilled, excitement from the prospect of adventure in her voice. "Hey, you! I found a fox scent! Do you want to follow it with me!"
