Welcome to the second Weekly Writing Prompt, everyone! Last week was fantastic, with something like ten wonderfully written stories! For those of you who haven't even seen the first Weekly Prompt, you can find it right here! It isn't too late to reply to that one, and if you'd rather that one than this one, or both, feel free to write away! I know I said I would post this yesterday, and in all honesty, I forgot. I still don't know what specific day I want this activity to be on every week, but I think it'll probably be Wednesday or Friday. Last week's prompt was pretty somber, so I'd like to do something a little more thrilling, and for the past few days I've been playing a fair amount of Skyrim. So, if you hadn't already guessed this week's Prompt, here we go! You are the hero in an RPG (Role Playing Game). Write about a single adventure. This can be based off of a real game, like Skyrim, or you can make up your own world/game/etc. for some more freedom!

Posting because it's bugging me how this thread did not receive any creative writing yet. . . This is based off of AdventureQuest's Battleon. I don't know. I haven't been on there in years, so do not blame me if there are some stuff that are not true.
Just thinking about what I wanted to be from now on really troubled me. Rogue, where I would excel in throwing and range? Healing where I would do well regarding intelligence and luck? Or warrior, where I would be strong and charismatic?
The decision process could have taken me months to complete, but the shopkeeper Yulgar kept staring at me with dismay as I kept going over my choices. Just staring at his probably not washed in years shirt made me want to leave the place quicker than ever.
"Well? What would it be?" he asked, scratching that thick beard of his. i was able to hear the crunching sounds it made, and was that even natural? I hesitated, and pointed to the really weak Long Sword. Just my luck. I chose to become a warrior, and the shopkeeper shook his head. Could you believe it? I thought that he wanted me to just leave his shop, so I ran out, only to be blocked by a little creature thing. Whatever it was.
It - no, he. He told me that he was a Moglin from the Moglin forest, and there were many other Moglins around Battleon like him - just exceling in different stuff, like how I was a warrior. He said that his name was Twilly, and would give me health potions when needed, and since I was no healer, he also granted me some mana potions.
The hero of Battleon was what I was to become, he said, but I could not believe him. How could someone like me become a hero? I sometimes forgot to lock my own front door! So I laughed it off, and left the Moglin, headed east to the swamps, where I came across a what was it?
I did not have enough time to think about what it was, all I knew was that it was disgusting! I wield my sword at it, but once it struck the monster, the sword did nothing. Oh duh. It was useless. This was the end of me, and I felt it. Why didn't I just choose to become a rogue and throw knives at the creature? Why, why?
Suddenly, there was a scream, and I looked at the creature, thinking that I killed it. The sword worked! I congratulated myself, and even dared to give the fallen monster a kiss. Unfortunately, someone saw me and laughed. He came towards me and said his name was Artix, guardian of Battleon and travelling into the unknown. He told me that the monster was killed by him, and it was called a Frogzard.
My first adventure and I began to feel like an idiot. Every child learned what a Frogzard was by the age of walking after all.
