Hadely was really excited for her night. She was going out with her friends on another on of their "ghost hunting" camp outs. She packed her bag with food and water then shoved in her camera to take pictures with. She put in her sleeping bag and flashlight. Hades looked at all she had put in and tried to think of anything else she might need. Were they going to be hiking? She shrugged and went to her closet where she grabbed her hiking stick. As she was turning out of her closet she saw her knives that were in the corner and grabbed them too. She put a notch into the stick to show another adventure she had gone on with it. She stuffed her knives into the backpack and strapped the stick to the side.
Now she was ready. She adjusted her way too baggy sweater and put on the backpack. She nearly jumped with excitement. Hadely wondered if anybody would get too scared and run off. That would both suck and be hilarious. She tromped down the stairs. She called out a goodbye to her mom and left out the front door. She could drive, but she had to be much more careful than everybody else. Her one messed up eyes cause a problem, but Hadely wasn't going to let it stop here. She got into a small car that she had gotten for her birthday and set out to get to the campsite they had all previously agreed on.
When Hades got there she noticed that she was the first one. She sighed. Maybe she had been too excited. Now she had to start setting up and campsite without everybody else. Hadely Nixus had to set up a campsite. She groaned and began collecting firewood. More than once she'd run into a tree on her bad side fall, but eventually she got enough wood to make a good sized pile. She then plopped down her bag down and lay down on the ground. She took searched through her bag until she found her camera. Just as she pulled it out she heard somebody else approach. She pulled the camera to her eye and snapped a quick picture of whoever had just gotten there.

Charlie was getting ready for his "Ghostly Trip" that he and his friends were going to do. They were just going to go camping, with hunting for ghosts and scaring eachother as a perk. He packed his backpack with a sleeping bag, a flashlight, and a journal. He brought the journal in case he wanted to record the details of the ghost(s).
After he packed, he hugged his mom good bye, and drove to the campsite that they were staying at. When he got there, he saw only one person there, Hadely. But the moment he approached her, she quickly snapped a picture. "GAH! Ugh, god that was bright." shouted Charlie still in the aftershock of the blinding light of the camera.

All day had been filled with sorting through supplies for the "ghost hunt" that Lynda was happy to be attending. She was going through her stuff once again, debating what she would settle on to bring. Only a few things she wouldn't dare to remove from her list, that being her sleeping bag, some food and water and her pocket knife that her grandfather had given her. Her mother and father never wanted it, so when he came to her asking if she wanted it, she jumped at the idea. Besides, the pocket knife was beautiful and hand made by one of her grandfather's friends.
Lynda's small hand slid into her jean pocket and pulled her precious knife out. It was made of oak wood, and in handwritten, golden letters said Thompson. Her left hand lightly touched the polished surface while her bright eyes gazed over the golden letters. It took a few seconds until she snapped out of it, and shoved the knife back into her pocket. She then turned back to her small backpack and tried to think who would be bringing what. She paced around her room, trying to think what everyone was bringing, but couldn't think of anything that really came to mind. With a sigh, she decided to grab one more item for the trip. She walked out the door of her room and went to the coffee table where a black, plastic lighter sat. It was old and one that her parents used when they used to go camping.
She reached out a hand and plucked it off the table and wondered back to her room. She put it too in her bag and knew that now, she needed to grab her sweater from her closet. She pulled back the white door and shoved through the hooks until her eyes laid upon her grey sweater. She quickly slipped it on and glanced at the watch around her wrist. "I better hurry up, I will be late if I don't," Lyn muttered as she shoved through her closet. It didn't take her long to find her favorite toque and red gloves.
Lyn had no plans to bring a brush, that could be something she could do at home. Besides, she had worn the hat plenty of times and now it was her favorite things to wear, along with her sweater. When Lynda thought she was set, she hauled the backpack over her right shoulder and headed for the front door by the kitchen. Her parents waved good-bye as she stepped into her black truck. It was her brother's old vehicle, but Lyn had liked the looks of the truck, so when he got a new one, she got the truck.
She drove down to the campsite, only seeing one of her friend's cars there. She parked the truck, grabbed her bag and slid out. As soon as she did, she heard the snap of a camera and smiled. She crossed her arms over her stomach and looked at Hadely. "So I see you brought your camera," Lyn said. She giggled soon after seeing Charlie's reaction to the flash.

"Oh, shut up." said Charlie playfully. He looked around the campsite, thinking This doesn't really look like some place that you would find a ghost.

Hadely saw that she had snapped a picture of a very frantic Charlie. She smiled and laughed. Then she heard Lyn's comment. "Well yeah. Haven't you heard the fact that ghosts can be caught on camera? If I can get a picture of a ghost I am going to." Hades smiled at her thoughts of catching a ghost on camera then she thought of something else she could catch on camera. "Plus I can catch pictures of anybody who gets too scared." She laughed a little more and looked at the pile of wood she had made. She hung the camera around her neck and then walked over to the pile.
They needed something to sit on. She looked around and made extra effort to see everything, trying not to miss something that she should have seen, but didn't because of her eye. She saw two fallen trees around the clearing and decided that they would make great benches. She went over to one and looked over to the others. "Yo guys. Come help me move this tree over to the fire pit. We can use it as a bench. Then we can use the other one over there as another one." Hadely pointed in the general direction. It was on her bad side so she knew she wasn't going to point to the exact spot, but she thought she got the general direction right at least.

Sneaking out hadn't been too hard. His dad had been drunk anyway so the excuse of a study night had easily let him off the hook. Hunter now sped down the highway on his hulking, black motorbike, the wind whipping his hoodie around. He wasn't too close to the group of 'friends' he was spending the night ghost-hunting with, he just sorta came and went as he pleased and no one seemed to mind. Pretty convenient.
Finally, the campsite came into view. There were already three there; Hadely, Charlie and Lynda. At least there's one boy and I'm not gonna drown in perfume. Pulling over, Hnter dismounted his bike and took his helmet off, letting his semi-long black hair fall down wherever it wanted. Helmet under one arm and bag on his back, the seventeen year old strode over to the group and grinned. "'sup guys. What I miss?"

"Lynda blinded me for a second." said Charlie sarcastically as he rubbed his eyes.

Hadely heard a motorbike approach. She saw Hunter, but neither Lynda nor Charlie had come to help her. Maybe Hunter would help. If not she could insult his masculinity and try to get him to bring the fallen tree over to sit on. Then Charlie said that Lynda had blinded him. "Wrong person there bub. I was the one the blinded you." She laughed and picked up her end of the tree, feeling how heavy it was. It was pretty heavy, but nothing two or three people couldn't handle.
"Somebody come help me with this. We need something to sit on around the fire. Unless you like grass and bugs all over you." Hadely raised an eyebrow from her spot at the edge of the clearing. She could see the sun beginning to set. If people didn't get there soon they were going to have to start telling stories without them. Maybe even going out looking for ghosts. That would happen nearer to midnight though. Mainly because midnight is a far spookier time than any other.

Lynda had heard Hadely ask for help, but in a matter of seconds, she was framed for taking the picture. She was happy to hear that Hadely took the credit, considering Lyn didn't bother to bring a camera. "Yeah, I did nothing of the sort, I just laughed," Lyn giggled once again. She tugged her backpack over her right shoulder, making sure it wouldn't fall. She walked near the fire and placed her bag down so she could help Hadely with the fallen trees. When she asked for the second time to help, Lyn bounded to where Hadely was to help. "I'll help, I haven't done a thing and I am not being useless," Lyn said, going to the other side of the log to help.
"Wanna start on three?" Lyn asked, adjusting her hands to move the log.
