May Gathering

[Thornfrost]

Thornfrost parted his jaws and issued a booming laugh taken aback despite himself by Blossomwhisper's words. Imagine, being scolded by such a young thing, and she wasn't entirely wrong. Ah, but if only she knew. "I am thankful, though it is hard when the person I am now is something I quite often loathe." Purring at his own nonsense the tom was surprised once again at Blossomwhisper's touch, though relaxed when she retracted her paw again. "In truth beauty matters very little to me, but it is a comfort to hear nonetheless."

Lifting his head the tom gazed around, one good eye resting on his apprentice Leopardpaw. Noticing she was alone, he flicked his tail once, inviting her to join him if she so wished to.

[Whisperpaw]

Whisperpaw sat alone in the clearing watching every cat wondering if someone was avalabile. She noticed a spotted she-cat standing alone. She padded towards her as her bright green eyes studied her. "Hey there. Mind if I join you." She meowed with a respectful dip of her head. "Oh yeah, I'm Whisperpaw from Fireclan." She meowed with a slight smile

She noticed Thornfrost's invitation and was about to head over when Whisperpaw intercepted her. The shecat gave her mentor an apologetic smile before turning to look at Whisperpaw. "Hi. I'm Leopardpaw of Iceclan. Nice to meet you." She smiled

[Whisperpaw]

Whisperpaw smiled "Nice to meet you too." She meowed as she sat down. "So how is the gathering coming along I came kinda late so I missed out on a bit." She meowed as she flicked her tail over her paws neatly.

Actually it has yet to start. I don't believe Rockclan's leader is here yet. I'm not sure about Rockclan themselves. So far I know Iceclan and fire LAN are her." She shrugged. "Oh and tree clan." She smiled

[Whisperpaw]

"Oh Well that's great now we have to wait a little while longer.... Not saying that that's something bad." She meowed with a slight flick of her tail. "So how's training going?" She asked ciroisesly. For her training has been ok but her mentor seemed to be very lazy about the whole thing which made Whisperpaw a little irritated.

[Darkpool]

Darkpaw watched Leopardpaw go away silently, then turned around and headed in the direction of Leopardpaw and the cat she had found to speak to. Sitting down, she dipped her head to the other she-cats. "Greetings. I am Darkpaw. Who are you?" She asked.

Ice pelt hurried over "hello dark paw" she purred "want to talk"

It's going quite well. My training is almost done." She smiled. "How bout yours? Is everything well?" She asked. Pausing to glance at Darkpaw and smile. "Hi Darkpaw."

[Darkpool]

Looking over at Icepelt, deep blue eyes burned with something like envy and Darkpaw ducked her head in embarrassment. Why can't I be a warrior yet? I'm old enough. I'm almost as old as Quillfoot. But still, no. She thought to herself. You haven't had your assessment yet. A bitter voice that sounded as cold as Shadowpelt's whispered in her mind. That turned her feelings cold. Briskly she stood up, dipped her head to Icepelt and the other apprentices, and spoke. "I'm sorry. I don't really feel like talking that much right now." She muttered with a strange tone of coldness in her voice. Hurrying away, she went to sit down in the shadows where she closed her eyes so no one could see she was there. The black she-cat opened her eyes again and peered around the clearing. It's ok, Darkpaw, that's what you had to do. She said to herself. Closing her eyes again, she put her head on her paws and stared blankly into space, tail flicking slightly.

Whisperpaw dipped her head to the two new comers. "Well that's good to hear must be exciting finally finishing up training." She meowed as
She stopped talking because her next sentence was going to be about her training and the other she-cat seemed to have made it clear that she didn't want to talk about it. Her eyes narrowed a bit as she followed the other cat vainsh into the darkness of the shadows. She quickly looked back at the others trying to ignore what just happened. "My training is actual going ok. But my Mentor is on and of about the whole thing." She meowed with a slight enratation in her voice. "Other wise it's fine." She meowed with a slight flick of her ear

She frowned concerned at Darkpaw. Watching her stalk off. 'I wonder what's the matter?' She mused before turning to listen to Whisperpaw. "Ah well at least it's moving right? When I first became an apprentice my mentor was like never on and when she was she never trained me. Therefor I was sort of held back from becoming a warrior sooner." She smiled slightly. "But Thornfrost my new mentor is pretty active and I've been learning alot from him." She moewed.

[Whisperpaw]

"That's great to here mine was like that to for a while." She meowed as she wrinkled her nose. "But I sorted things out with her." She meowed as she looked over at Darkpaw. "Maybe we should go check on her." She meowed quickly as she looked at the direction she came from. "We should make her fell happy at this gathering after all it's something to be excited about. Right?" She asked a little worrisome

[Applefall]

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you and your friends, Icywind. TreeClan is doing fine. We have kits, and our kits become strong warriors. How is IceClan?" Applefall asked, tilting her head.

Icywind paused and thought," There was a battle that we had with loners, I think their called deathclan. They uh took a kit from us. But we are still a strong clan, ready to defend our borders from this threat." She made eye contact with the gentle queen and added," By any chance, was your clan attacked?" She found this unlikely but still wanted to ask.
