The dark tabby tom padded from the shadows where he had been staying and paused nearby the river. Peering in and gritted his teeth. He did not particularly like water but he didn't hate it either. Water was just a bad memory to him. Sighing he shook his fur to get the last memory off before turning to go hunt.

Galaxy lapped up the cool droplets that stuck on his rough tongue, swallowing quickly then reaching out for more. On this hot summer day, everyone would be at the river, and soon the grey tom spotted a tabby a few feet away from him on the other side of the river, casting a look into the water and walking away. Galaxy wiped a paw behind his ears, gazing at Rebellion. "Hello," Galaxy called, "I see that your hot too. Why aren't you taking a drink?"

He halted to look at the tom. Brief surprise flashes in his eyes before disappearing into the stoic expression he normally wore. "Greetings Galaxy." He moewed calmly. "And I'm not thirsty." He replied.

Galaxy blinked at the younger tom's words. That was pretty strange, but he decided not to show it. "Well then." he meowed, then hesitated, trying to think of something to say. "How's it going with you? Life's not very normal for now, with all the war on the clans and stuff."

He chuckled dryly. "Eh. She-cat problems that I wish not to be involved with but seem to be the center of attention of. Asides from that not much." He padded closer. "What's Drought planning so you know?" He asked frowning thoughtfully

 Galaxy tilted his head. She-cat problems? But he didn't go any further than that. The tom turned around and headed for the bushes.
Before Rebellion could figure out what he was doing, Galaxy turned around and charged toward the river. At the last second, he reared up his hind legs and leapt across the stream in a flash of silver.
He landed on the other side, digging his front claws into the soil. Water splashed onto his back but that was it. Galaxy hauled himself up to the bank and shook himself. Then he looked at Rebellion, "Sorry if I got you a little wet. It's just better to talk next to people and not yell across."
(Question: you have more post then me, but does that mean your older?)

He flinched at the water but shook his head. "Your fine." He chuckled. "And yes it is much easier. So any news?" He asked sitting down.

Galaxy shook his head. "Nothing. After we defeated the last clan, things have been awfully quiet. Drought hasn't said anything about what we're going to do next. Typical of him. He wants us to follow his orders." Galaxy wrinkled his nose at the thought. He then stuck his paw in the water, then brought it up, stroking it all over his fur to cool down. "I may have missed something though. You know anything else that is happening?"

He shook his head. "I have no clue. To be honest I haven't been paying much attention. Everything has been at a standstill." He murmured
