Spiderleaf had successfully delivered her first litter, and while that wasn't while she was here today visiting the medicine cats, the she-cat still had a glow of pride about her. Today though, she limped into the medicine cat den with a gash on her left haunch, the aftermath of a hunting accident. If asked she'd refuse to disclose any more information than that, though hopefully it wouldn't be an issue.
The black and white female was no expert, but the wound didn't seem particularly deep. Well, her leg wasn't about to fall off. There was sagging muscle and skin where it had been torn though, and her leg shook when she walked. Perhaps if she had stayed still the blood would have dried and stopped, but the movement to get back to camp had caused small trickles to well up again. Ah well, she wasn't going to die. It was part of her nature for Spiderleaf to be able to approach these matters in such an easy-going way.
"Hello? Is there anyone about?" she called, sweet and curious as if she had never been injured at all. Padding into the medicine den, the queen sat with her leg jutting out to avoid folding it. She hadn't seen Snakefang or Sunblaze out in camp for quite some time, so she only hoped they were around to help her now.

(sorry this is late)
Sunblaze watched the queen enter from the back of the den, she then emerged from the shadows. She twitched her whiskers when the smell of blood hit her nose. "And what have you done?" she asked, with a hint of amusement because she realized the wound was not life threatening.

|It's not a problem ^.^|
Spiderleaf pricked her ears as Sunblaze emerged from the shadows. She'd been so wrapped up in herself she'd barely noticed, though the medicine cat's amusement caught her attention. Flashing a small smile, the queen dipped her head ruefully. "A bit of a hunting accident, I'm afraid. I'm sure it wont be falling off anytime soon, but it gave me a chance to visit at least."

"Really? Did the mouse attack you?" She asked jokingly. She then picked up the goldenrod and spiderwebs she had been trying to store before queen came in. At least now it would go to good use, and it was freshly brought in by an apprentice. She walked over and meowed. "Could you lay down? If its not to painful."

Purring in amusement, Spiderleaf could only give a faint shrug. She wasn't entirely comfortable discussing matters that involved herself, it always felt too much like she was inconveniencing others with trivialities. It was also why she sometimes held off visiting the medicine den when she was expecting too, though that happened rarely. Upon hearing Sunblaze's request Spiderleaf flashed her a reassuring smile and flattened herself on her side. "No, no, really I'm sure I'm just making a fuss over nothing. It's not painful at all, I'm sorry to be such a bother."

Sunblaze thought the queen looked out of place, she rarely saw her in this den. She took a piece of wet moss and started cleaning off the wound. She then mumbled through the moss, "You really should come in here more often" as she noticed little nicks and scratches from badly healed wounds ",even if it is just a thorn in your paw, it needs to be treated so it doesn`t get infected" She finished cleaning the wound and went to work on chewing the herb into a pulp.
