Bwa ha ha Pricklekit hated the musty nursery. She wanted a friend, someone to play with her. All the queens were cooing "Aww..sweetie, you can't come out of the nursery! Want a moss-ball to play with?" They might as well have said "How about you die of boredom? It'll be fun!" It was her first time out of the nursery for Pricklekit, and she wanted to visit the apprentices den. She heard that after enough moons, she'll move to the apprentice's den. Maybe they could tell her how to have a fun. After all the warrior's den would be cranky if she woke them up. Or is it the elders? They seemed to have no difference to her, according to the other kits. Pricklekit ducked inside the apprentice's den. A wave of worry washed over her. What if they treated her harshly? It seemed possible. She pressed herself close to the walls of the den. She wanted to see what they acted like before she introduced herself.
