I believe there's a guide on resizing images in the art board? It's probably a little outdated, but still usable. Personally, I prefer to use Imgur for all of my resizing needs (as anyone who's had an oversized signature would probably have discovered). Here's your image link: i.imgur.com/F4j68dq.png

First off, to resize your picture, go here iaza.com/NOTE, THIS IS NO LONGER NEEDED, IMGUR NOW HAS AN EDIT AND RESIZING OPTIONIt's a quick and easy browser picture editor, that requires little to no hassle. Remember, the size limit is 600x400 ;D (PLEASE NOTE, IAZA WILL DELETE YOUR PICTURE AFTER 90 DAYS, WHICH IS WHY STEP TWO IS NECESSARY. ) Then, once you're done editing your picture, post it here imgur.com/YOU CAN USE THIS SITE TO RESIZE YOUR PICTURE NOWImgur keeps the quality of the original picture, and never takes your picture down. Unlike Tiny pic, where it kill quality, and Photobucket where you use up your bandwidth. AND, YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT. COOL RIGHT? Actually, it does. Glad to see that I've been of assistance, though~
