Her front paws landed softly on his belly and she smiled at him.
"Very much so." She mock growled and laughed, "Your fur is soft."
She balanced on her back legs and pinned him down softly with her front paws.

He chuckled. "Thank you I think..." he cocked his head and smacked her ear gently. "Do you always give out random compliments?" H asked curiously. "I don't think I've ever gotten a compliment before." He mused

She flicked her ear and shyly smiled at his action.
"I only give out compliments to warriors who need it." She said, giggling. "Well most warriors don't live with heartless Deathclanners."
Keira flicked her tail on his nose and clambered off. She smiled shyly again and lay down in the grass next to him and sprawled out, stretching her paws out and then rolling to her back and looking at the clouds roll by.

He looked curious. "Do not think im all soft hearted here." He chuckled. "You've never seen me really fight." His eyes grew dark for a moment as he thought about the bloodshed and fighting he had to endure during his time as a loner. But the darkness left once he blinked. "Anyways." He learned his throat.

She looked at him as he spoke and noticed that he had a dark look for a moment, before he blinked. She wondered about how he lived before Deathclan and what pain he'd sustained before today. Keira looked him over and put her tail over his shoulders in sympathy.
"Then I hope that I am fighting with you, rather than against you." She murmured and looked him over.

He gave a small smile. "Indeed." He rubbed his chest absently where a scar was just barely visible of three claw marks as he delved back into his dark thoughts

Keira cocked her head and watched as he absetmindedly rubbed his chest. She saw the desolate, dark look return to his eyes and she flicked a black ear. She didn't know weither it'd be safe to bring him back to reality, or if he'd snap on her, dwelling in his thoughts. Absetmindedly, she began singing a lullaby her father would sing when she had nightmares.
"Hush little warrior, don't say a peep, father is here, all to keep some peace." She sang sweetly.
Keira twiched a silver shoulder and her bright aquamarine eyes darkened as she became lost in her thoughts. The first memory that flashed through her mnd was as her mother was fighting with her father and was a bloody battle.

He faintly heard her singing and blinked at her. He tilted his head to the side watching the younger cat quietly.

Keira's mind replayed the battle of her mother fighting her father before running away. She remembered her mothers scorn and she shuddered. The next one was of her father standing on the tops of the fence posts, she'd been with her father searching for her mother. A car had come careening towards teh fence, out of control. She'd watched as the car smashed into the fence and her father was struck by the low fence post. A tear rolled down her face and she was snapped into reality. She glanced over at Rebellion and saw him watching her. She blushed and looked away.
"Sorry Rebellion." She whispered, rubbing her face on her leg, wiping away the tears.

He rested his muzzle against her head. "There isn't anything to be sorry for. The past cannot be rewritten. We just move on." He murmured

She sighed heavily and felt the weight of his muzzle on her head. Keira looked out at the skyline and sighed again. This was going to be a very difficult relationship, she figured.
"How'd you become so smart Rebs?" Keira asked, and nuzzled his chest.

He chuckled softly. "Experience." He replied. "Most of it is pure logic. Others is instinct and some is just experience." He mumbled sighing. "One day you'll be that smart too. Once you've lived as long as I have you'll understand."

"For as much bloodshed and war that you've seen, it can only be matched by years and years of living. But as a deathclanner, that will expidite the process. However, it seems that you're much older then I've lead to believe." She whispered softly.
Keira pulled her small head from under his muzzle and rested it on his shoulder for a moment before laying on her belly with her face looking at the red clouds go by at dusk. The sun was going down, and she knew she'd be deserted by then.

He frowned. "Not nessicarily. I'm only 17 moons old." He replied. "But age doesn't matter with the experience. I'm only a few moons older then you." He commented. "Not old at all." He looked up at the sky and fell silent. "But because of hardship I was forced to grow up. As many of us loners and rogues have."

"Dont worry Reb. I dont think your old, young in fact." She replied, twitching her whiskers.
Keira leaned on Rebs and sighed happily. The sun was so pretty as it went down, and its reflection turned her silver points red. She looked at him with her bright eyes and gave her dorky lopsided smile. As h spoke about growing up, she frowned and her eyes darkened.
"Growing up... something I wished that wouldnt happen to me. However... im merely a kit. Only half down the road to being an adult. The pain you've endured has sounded harsh, and I'm sorry. My pain isn't near yours, for you've seen more then my eyes." She whispered, licking a paw.
