Disguising Links

Ok, I might sound really stupid but...How do you disguise a link so that it shows up as a diffrent word?

Heres the link I want:http: //virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/thread/77893/viperkit-bio
Word I want: ViperKit's Bio

Could someone please tell me how to do this?
