In 2009, an 18 year old was found and arrested for the gruesome murders of about two dozen cats. Tyler Hayes was his name. He would inject them with drugs, then cut and skin them. But he didn't just hide them, he left the decapitated cats in yards like trophies. In Tyler's bedroom, he had stored surgical tools, tranquilizers, and knives. He was found not guilty. WHY?! He killed, no wait, BRUTALLY MURDERED 2 dozen cats. Do ou think more should of been done? Why or why not?
