Hello, and welcome to the Clubs Board!
You'll want to start here before you explore the mystical realm of VWW's clubs.
First of all, anyone may post in any club. There are no longer any joining threads; if you want to be a part of a club, then you're automatically accepted. You're free to roam as you please! Just remember to respect the rules of each individual club, and don't go around spamming.
Secondly, you may post a thread in this main board if you wish to propose a club of your own. The title should be the name of the club you want to make, and your post should discuss the purpose of said club. Other people may reply to that thread if they're interested... and when your suggested club gains enough interest, it will be reviewed by the staff.
Lastly, don't post in any club suggestion threads unless you're saying that you want to join. An approved club will get its own board; please don't use club proposal threads as the actual clubs. There's no need to "bump" your thread - the staff will let you know if your club has been accepted.
